I wasn't a huge fan of Lewin and have said so often.

However, I never carped on him like I do this "confederacy of dunces."

as JTA pointed out w Lewin there was a lot of cookie talk and movie topics and crap that didnt have a thing to do w baseball, which I can do without too. I can do without senseless rambling and these guys do a lot of that too. Not sure Id be satisfied with anyone but Nadel

Lewin only got to call games for a playoff team ONCE in his career here. He had nothing else to talk about, cause Texas was terrible and his role was to fill the air. He knows his shit.

None at all. He's a ground ball pitcher and two found a hole tonight. He also pitched 7 days out of the last 10.

Nope, he's a groundball pitcher and those find holes sometimes, fatigue will be an issue if anything but he's not in control of that, Banister needs to quit running him out there with 4-6 run leads
