I was wondering to myself just the other day, how is it the major unions haven't weighed in on this case.

This isn't about air pressure in footballs anymore, it's about labor law, and the 2nd CoP has ruled in a manner that could be devestating to unions nationwide going forward.

And if the court doesn't grant the "en banc" hearing, it wouldn't surprise me if the USSC agrees to hear it, based on the impact of the ruling.

People need to forget about the footballs and whether something happened to them beyond basic science or not, this is about labor law. And this case is huge.

Brady v. NFL: What new amicus briefs mean

The number of different sources beyond football supporting Brady is definitely interesting. May not make a difference but they are certainly giving it a good run.

The fate of the free world is hanging in the balance.

Goodell has a future in N. Korea he would fit in perfectly. They say that when they order pizzas in the NFL office, nobody can have a slice until Goodell starts eating first. What an egomaniac putz

When Goodell takes a particularly impressive crap, he makes all the ladies on his staff come into the head and admire it

I'm done arguing this. I've asked every Brady hater as nicely as possible to give me concrete evidence of what exactly Tom Brady did that was cheating. I've asked for anything at all. Videos, Photos, tapes.......anything.

No one, Brady hater, NFL Attorneys, NFL League Offices, Ted Wells, Ted Wells' wife......NO ONE has ever written or posted one iota of evidence. The best anyone can do is say.......two 2nd District Appeals Court Judges.

This evidence you speak of... it was on the phone that "accidentally" went missing just before all this shit blew up. Kinda like how OJ ditched his knife, and Hillary "accidentally" lost hundreds of thousands of emails...

I hope every one of you is charged with a felony crime that you didn't commit. No evidence at all and after a lengthy police investigation nothing changes. You have to hire an attorney and go to trial. The trial is on CNN and the jury comes back with a "GUILTY" verdict. Just suck it up and do your twenty years. Your a freakin' criminal and you should stop squealing like a girl.

I would be very surprised with a guilty verdict if I have cell phone records not placing me at the scene of the crime, alibis, receipts, photos, etc... Whole Pats organization and Brady tried to let this thing blow over by saying "I dunno" a thousand times and making the investigation as difficult as possible. Didn't work. Cry some more.

And you have proof of your allegations, correct? Or are you just guessing that there is evidence on this phone of which you speak. What would be on Brady's phone that was not on Jestremski or McNally's phone? Both of their phones are still in the possession of the NFL. Of course, these two somehow magically were able to erase all of the messages and texts that were on Brady's phone that he couldn't erase and thus had to destroy.

If it's on one, it has to be on the other. If not, then it isn't on the other. Please come into the 21st century.

Proof in hater language equates to what I perceive and what ESPN told me:doh:

The first bolded part.

1. It didn't go missing. He had it disposed of. His team asked if the league wanted it and they said no, so he chose to dispose of it.
2. The NFL has access to all the phone records and never needed the phone, hence they told his team they don't need it.

This is proof you haven't actually read any of the legal documents and are ignorant of the case at hand.

Second bolded part.

Further proof you have not read the legal documents of the case. Brady was fully cooperative, as admitted by the NFL.
The team turned over all employee phones to the league. (Brady's phone is privately owned.)
The team made their entire staff available to the league. The two sides agreed to a certain number of interviews per person. The league then decided it wanted to go over that limit and at that point were denied.

Maybe take the time to actually read the case so you don't look so dumb when commenting on it?:noidea:

1. It didn't go missing. He had it disposed of. His team asked if the league wanted it and they said no (we just want pertinent information off of it), so he chose to dispose of it.
2. The NFL has access to all the phone records (outside of the one which was destroyed, which Brady's own forensic examiner couldn't get information from Nov. 6, 2014 and March 5, 2015) and never needed the phone, hence they told his team they don't need it (just multiple times said they wanted the pertinent info off of it at which point Brady destroyed it).

This is proof you haven't actually read any of the legal documents and are ignorant of the case at hand. (like the judge ruling Brady's reasoning for destroying his phone at that time "“made no sense whatsoever.")

Second bolded part.

Further proof you have not read the legal documents of the case. Brady was fully cooperative, as admitted by the NFL (in the interviews only, he did not cooperate with giving other information).
The team turned over all employee phones to the league. (Brady's phone is privately owned. (AND was destroyed when they asked for pertinent information off it)
The team made their entire staff available to the league. The two sides agreed to a certain number of interviews per person (Where??? Who said this?). The league then decided it wanted to go over that limit (what limit?) and at that point were denied (when new information about the "deflator" was made available, Pats wanted nothing to do with letting anyone try to answer that).

Filled in your blanks for you.

+One question for Rockinkuwait...........

All of your information is first hand, correct?

You obtained all of your facts first hand, by yourself.

OR did you also get them from a quality source such as ESPN? or NFL Network?

LOL @ people who staunchly defend cheaters to the death acting like defense lawyers. :L

Tom Brady cheated, lied about it, destroyed evidence and ruined lives.

Sounds almost like Lance Armstrong, doesn't it?

Wells report. Interviews with Wells. Judge's actual quote from the ruling. NE patriots report. Tom Brady's hired forensic investigators testimony. Those were the sources. I'll listen to ESPN, also read the NFL's and the Patriots rebuttals to each other. But prefer the sources themselves. I know that ESPN has a HUGE bias against the Northeast, they hate that new England area more than anyone and are clearly biased towards them for all sorts of nonsensical reasons....

I get that Wells had the info on the text where Jastremski was called the deflator. And if I was in that position in new england you can be damn sure when I realized that information hadn't been brought up in his interview, there is no way that I'm putting him back out there again, Email me your question for him and we'll let our legal team put together his response. Fuck them, they had a chance, and missed it, not going to go out of my way to help them dig that hole any deeper than it already is.

But obviously realizing that the alleged deflater referred to himself as the deflater after interviewing him constitutes an "extraordinary or unexpected circumstance" no matter when they should have realized it. To me, I'd rather have heard the truth than seen it covered up by a lawyer saying "well you could have discovered that sooner, but tough luck, we are taking him away now".

Trump asked Brady to be his VP and he kindly refused. Would have been landslide victory for Donnie
