????? That doesn't relate to my point at all.

Sorry, to be honest, I'm not sure what your point was. However, a stat from 1978-present seems more relevant than the fact that USC played high schools up to 1910.

The point was since the FCS stat was irrelevant to the original post, it's hypocritical to use it then complain that people are using irrelevant stats while using said irrelevant stat.

Im not sure @boxedlunch knows what he's talking about. He claims he wrote the stats that were cited in the article. But the stats cited look an awful lot like Gators style and babble. And have nothing to do with the point of the article. Which is a testament to USC's no fear scheduling during the time period stated in the article

It is kinda odd, that when Gator shows up and gets sat down, box-lunch shows up... You might be on to something there Clarkson.. Maybe someone needs to take a look see. Aren't alts the forbidden dance while on the hoop?

The link off the article he claims he was cited in seems an awful lot like gators style too. I think he missed the Don references lunchbox used with gator. Is it bonus points for shutting down and rustling split personalities :dhd:

I'll take USC's stat of wins over ranked opponents over FCS cupcakes any day of the week

And this relates to the OT how? You're really stretching to try to validate Florida as relevant :trash:I think someone is insecure :laugh3:

Nice attempt at deflection. YOU brought things up OFF topic and when I respond to it NOE you want to say it is irrelevant. Typical Trojan move.

OU's numbers speak for theirselves, we don't need arbitrary stats to make the program look better.

What numbers about OU (that aren't stats) speak for themselves???

What does looking up stats on the internet have to do with intelligence?

You are correct in that looking up numbers on the internet does not require a great deal of intelligence. But, finding and presenting the correct stats in the correct context DOES require intelligence. That requirement seems to be in short supply on this thread.

Care to post some stats on Florida covering the past five or six years?

Ok, I'll accept your challenge. Over the past 6 seasons the sucky Gators have played twice as many teams that ended the year ranked in the top at has OU. In addition, UF has a better record in those games than does OU. Here is the link.

College Football Trivia

In fact, OU hasn't managed to beat a single top 5 team in the 8 years (0-8). UF has beaten 2 top 5 teams in the past 8 seasons (I'm sure you remember the 2008 season, don't you?) You should be careful what you ask for!

statistics are important. do you know how many Florida gators contracted herpes from Tebow between 2006 and 2009? If only there were someone to provide them those stats they could have prevented an epidemic :gaah: Stats are fun. But just like you said regarding Oklahoma.I'm good with what USC has accomplished over several years. Must be a blue blood thing

On this board: Blue Blood = a team that used to be good but hasn't done shit in over a decade.

You do understand the the stat pertains to the record for most wins vs ranked teams and the meaning of that statistic correct Don?

OMG!!! Look you stupid ass, he's trying to tell you he is the KTFFAN that wrote the ORIGINAL article that the tweet referenced. He is the originator of the original DATA that you keep referring to. He knows the context. The problem is you DO NOT!!!! The site College Football Trivia , it is his data. He has stats on all games going back to the original Princeton vs Rutgers game 1869.

I don't know which of the USC fans is stupider: Trojan-man, Clarkson, or SoCal-Jim. Maybe they are the same person after all what are the chances that one school could produce THREE such clueless idiots. That would be a stretch even for California!!!! Good God!
