@TurnUpTheHeat

ill do a bet on the CAvs staying together but thats the bet....

either you think they are breaking apart- or they are not going to.

I think Irving/Love/LeBron will all be Cavs on opening night next year. If they are not- you win- if they are I win- a MONTH long avatar bet.

deal?

Sure.
You see how much I care about losing avi bets though.
I think they'll stay together if they win, but I don't think they will win, so whatever.
I'd prefer something harsher like banned from SportsHoopla.
If you think a month is to long, how about a week, then a week of avi choice the following week?

JR Smith just broke the Cavs single season 3 pt record for makes in a season. WHILE shooting 40% from distance.

Good thing he is a "team cancer" and that Nick Young and Dion WAiters are basically the same thing. Pretty funny- that- it sure seems that out of that whole trade SMITH has been the best player out of Mozgov, himself and Shumpert- at least for the longest time period. LOL....too funny.

Wouldnt that equate to the Cavs for the most part evaluated talent incorrectly and just got lucky?
And, it doesn't matter what he shoots in the regular season.
Let's see the ECF and Finals if they get that far.

I ALMOST thought you would show some actual credibility and say something like "Ya know what- when the deal happened i didnt think it would work out for Jr Smith- but i cant deny that he has been great for the Cavs"

I guess there is just simply no hope of that happening. I should have known better.

and if Whiteside keeps his cool and has a positively AWESOME series like Jr Smith did in the Eastern Conference Finals last year- maybe ill change my tune- but-- i dont see it happening.

I saw/heard the Bulls baiting him all night, then throw him to the ground.
He reacted by taking over the game, and not taking a cheap shot.
I doubt you get your wish.
I think he's learned the correct way to vent.

i never said it was impossible for Whiteside to grow

I think the thing that you cant get through your pea brain - which i have repeated literally DOZENS of times- is that you are trying to compare Whiteside to the best centers in the entire game--- Im not even calling Jr Smith a top 50- probably not a top 75 player...hes probably the 5th or 6th mosti mportant Cav.

With Whiteside?--- even the other day- I think i Listed like 8 centers Id rather have....based on less than 2 years back in the league after being blackballed- AND even considering his discipline problems- i personally think that is a freaking GENEROUS ranking considering how many guys in the NBA are great players AND have the right attitude/work ethic/leadership qualities.

Whiteside is the hardest worker out of all of them.
That's why he's improved the most, is still improving, and is already better most if not all of them.

Your list of leaders?
Who?
And lead there team to what?

I think we're going to see a trend of most of Lebron cavs teammates signing with Rich Paul so they can kind of force the Cavs to give them more than they're worth.

Delly is next

That's a great plan?
Why overpay a group that can't win, and especially when James can/could bolt each and every summer?

i was actually kinda glad the Heat won last night....I know Chicago has been pretty terrible- but honestly- deep down i still think they are one of the very best in the East if they get playing right and are healthy--- 2 HUGE If's of course. Now there should be absolutely zero chance (not that it was high before) that they matchup with the Cavs in the first round- not that the Cavs would lose- but id prefer a sweep or at most- 5 games in the first round....Chicago if playing well could possibl be push them 6....at least thats my opinion.

Cleveland should be resting about everyone. Magic number is 1. They'll have HCA in the East wrapped up before that game. I actually think the Cleveland game is almost a lock to win. The other 2 should be more difficult

I'm hoping Washington will be eliminated by the time we play them. That way, they might lose a lot of their motivation to really care about that game past maybe fucking up another team's seeding.
