That Cavs supporting cast
Miami is beating down Cleveland. Love is not stepping up without James either.
"Lebron is tired" chants broke out tonight in the 4th
James is a Grade A bitch ass motherfucker. Fans paid double to see him and he was "tired?"
GTFOH.
I remember someone saying the Heat wouldn't be able to contend at all in the East. I mean their record isn't the best, but I'm about 99% sure they're 2nd in the league in defense behind the Spurs. It's a winning formula in the long run, if your offense is great as well. One of Lebron's reasons for leaving Miami was because he supposedly could trust Wade to stay healthy. Last night on Sun Sports they mentioned that in the 4 years together, Wade played in 86 of 87 playoffs games. Kyrie and Love missed way more playoffs games than that in their first year together last year
To be fair to Lebron he is as competitive as they come. This was Blatt's decision. Lebron hates missing games.
I don't buy it, he could have told the coach he wanted to play.
Lebron look forward to these games. I highly doubt it was his decision. The Cavs do need to start resting him on back to back or else he is going to get burned out by June.

Kobe's been resting on the 2nd game of back to back's for a few seasons but LeBron's already needing extra rest? I find thisas fuck.

Look at how Kobe has broken down over the last 3 seasons. Lebron has played the most minutes in NBA history at his age. If you want Lebron to age gracefully as Duncan is doing, his minutes must get cut down and probably sit him on some back to backs. Cleveland is doing the right thing. When Kyrie returns I expect to see this more frequently. Kobe isn't the best example to follow in this case. Kobe also didn't go to 5 straight finals ever in his career which is more reason why resting Lebron makes sense. Since 2011, Lebron has basically been playing basketball from September through June. It takes a toll on your body.
I agree that Lebron should have played. They could have put a minutes restriction on him as turnup suggested. Or who says it's the back half of a back to back that has to be the game the player sits out? Why not sit out the first game so that he's available for the 2nd game?
Fair enough but let's be real here for a minute. James spent his entire career in the EC while Kobe spent it in the WC.
