He just seems like a very average QB this year. In years past he always had an "it" factor to him. Now he seems lost.

Seems like the offense doesn't have chemistry this year. Beast Mode being in and out, and trying to implement Jimmy Graham into a power football offense. Plus, they have no other physical presence at WR. They need to go back to the read option and get Jimmy Graham on some play action crossing routes.

You'd be pissed too if you were the best player on your team's defense and everyone got paid before you.

When you have no running game and the defense doesn't carry the team anymore things like this to average passing QB's happens. I'd take Wilson over Manning but that isn't saying much.

I understand there is a business aspect to the thing, but that whole ordeal tore apart the locker room and created terrible chemistry.

Do what you got to do, behind the scenes, leave that stuff out of the locker room.

Manning is washed up and old Wilson just was never that good unless he gets a ton of help. It's reality. Only as good as your team is.

Don't quote me on that man, granted I live in the Northwest, ( though I focus more on a crap then the Hawks) but If I remember correctly that is how they got Cam to resign early...

Are people really surprised? He was a product of that defense. Wilson has never won a game when an oppent has put up more than 24.

He got signed to a long term deal before pretty much anybody else on the team, and he was the highest paid SS in the league ( depends how you look at it, but no matter what he was top 2 or 3 ). It just wasn't enough for him.

Yeah it's cool. But to respond. They paid every other player more than him. Which is a slap in the face if you ask me. Maybe you can argue that Wagner or Bennett are more valuable to the team. But everyone saw how bad Thomas and Sherman looked without Kam back there. I think it's pretty clear that he deserves more than them.

Sherman has looked bad with Kam back there. Wilson has regressed. No way to argue he hasn't. When teams keep him contained, he is not even average. Maybe they could get him a chair so he could see over the line?

I hope they trade Kam.
