Although there are a few "good" candidates, you can only pick one . . .

First HC fired this year:

Joe Philbin

Just to be different I will go with Gus Bradley in Jacksonville. He has had a few years now yet the team doesn't look any better. They suffer a couple more blowouts like they have and I could see them thinking about cutting him loose.

Billacheat He gets caught doing some really bad things gets a life ban and is out of the NFL forever. My guess is they are listening to the NFL calls of opponents and know all plays they seem to want to do this at all cost look at why McD was fired here for they cant help themselves ..

Something tells me NE is really being watched by the NFL !!! That Team seems to run what the other team is preparing to defend to the opposite making perfect calls every time !!! this is not possible or all team would be running this Scheme .

Philbin was the first name that came to my mind.

Doubt he goes during the season but Sean Payton has to be under a lot of fire.

I could see the Saints deciding it is time to hit the reset button. Brees' contract is getting out of control and the team just doesn't look good on either side of the ball for the 2nd year in a row. Maybe time to see what life after Payton and Brees looks like.

I don't think this happens before the season is out but anything short of SB and Pagano is gone from Indy. They will have to find the next scapegoat.

I think even Pagano has hinted that he doesn't think he will be back. They offered him a 1-year deal and he turned it down and now that they have started out so poorly he just isn't speaking like a guy that plans on being back.

Saints should fire Payton and the Lions can fire Lombardi and have Payton be the OC!

I wouldn't rule out Jeff Fisher getting canned if the Rams get crushed by the Cardinals and Packers and start 1-4.

Lovie Smith and Gus Bradley are the other two names. Sean Payton has too good of credentials to get fired mid season

Actually Caldwell runs the Lions offense. Lombardi just has the title of OC.

Payton.

The Saints made the Playoffs 2 years ago. Went 7-9 in a joke division last year and our what 0-3 or 1-2 this year and look like it's been a steady decline

With that being said.......................... I'll be one of the first coaches hired at a new job

Fischer wouldn't surprise me. People have been talking about how much potential the Rams have yet every year they keep falling short of expectations. Heck I have fallen into that trap thinking each of the 2 years before this one (fool me twice shame on you but wasn't going to be fooled a 3rd time) that the Rams would be that dark horse team to rise up. Throw in it would probably be a pretty enticing place to go coach. There is plenty of talent and possibility the team in the new franchise in LA getting lots of media attention. Heard anything new on what is happening with that?

Fisher is the king of starting seasons with 1 blowout loss, 1 really close win with some clutch plays and 1 really ugly loss with no plays made.

Two years ago they got blown out by the Cowboys, had a close win against Arizona and a close loss to the Falcons.

Last year they got blown out by the Vikings, had a close win against the Bucs and a close loss against the Cowboys.

This year they got blown out by the Redskins, had a close win against the Seahawks and a close loss against the Steelers.

Its like he has a recipe for 6-10 every single year despite having more resources than any other team thanks to the RG3 trade and a consistent high pick. They play the red hot Cardinals this week in basically a must win game if the Rams want to be a playoff contender this year or else Arizona goes 3 games up and holds a tie breaker...they might as well fire Fisher in week 6 bye week if they are out of contention. Gregg Williams could finish out the season before another house cleaning.

Gus Bradley is the best thing to ever happen to Jacksonville. I hope they fire him and the Titans upgrade with him.

Not gonna lie I would be pretty surprised if Fisher was fired during the season. Unless he just starts getting romped which with the Rams D I don't think you will see that. Packers and Cardinals will be tough games.

No one should be envious of a coach that has to win a game against the Packers or Cardinals to keep their job but thats absolutely where the Rams fanbase is right now.

The Rams have scored 1 TD in 8 quarters against the average defenses of Washington and Pittsburgh. Thats absolutely the kind of thing that should put a coach on a hot seat. If the Rams get rolled by the 2 best teams in the NFC then he will have no support from any Rams fans.

Chip Kelly better not lose to Washington - or he will be on the list - Philadelphia fans are the toughest of them all.
