For a team that's down to 2 out of 5 starters (granted, one of them is the best player on the planet) I don't know how they're doing it... nor do I really care, as long as they keep doing it! Last night was an absolute must win and they gutted it out. I have my reservations, but there's ample reason to keep hope alive. Nicely done, Cavs!

Good news LBJ still chokes late in games. 2-28 in the last 2 games under 3:30 min and OT. Missed 4 game winning shots in both games.

Thank god u have Della. LOL

I do have to give Della credit for the D he put on Curry. Curry was getting frustrated.

Blatt is a bad coach. How the hell don't you play Moz in the 2nd half after what he did in the 1st half. That made no sense. That was a Thibs move.

Do you think that the great players make those all the time? You should go look up some stats on game winning attempts. The greatest players ever shoot like 20-30% on those, including LBJ.

I'm surprised a Bulls fan of all people is questioning his ability to hit a game winner. :D

i'll just say the officiating is bad going BOTH ways. both teams have been screwed over by some really bad/missed calls...

No doubt.
It's hard to comprehend.
Even the ref standing right in front of James Jones who said the ball was off of the Warriors player (even though the other ref over ruled him).

Maybe for the Finals they need a 4th and 5th ref IF they truly care about getting it right vs just being ok with people saying 'they suck but it all evens out'.

PLUS they really need to quit giving the shooters the call when they launch their body into the defenders.

Free throws and foul totals don't have anything to do with who got screwed. That tells me GS is playing sloppy defense, if anything. However, these missed calls, especially at the end, were inexcusable. Not once, but twice, did Draymond Green literally grab a player during a jump ball and hold him down. With a ref literally standing beside him. How does that happen??

Such bullshit. There were plenty of bad calls both ways. The Cavs played a great game and won. Quit trying to act like they had to beat the refs too. There were also several plays where the Cavs got away with stuff too.

On some of the Lebron drives where Cavs fans are claiming he was fouled, an offensive foul could have just as easily been called.

I agree 100% with the bold statement. I hate that play. Unless its part of his shooting motion it doesn't make sense. I also like the idea of an extra Ref in the playoffs. Baseball adds 2 extra umps for playoffs.

And here comes purguy to rip on Lebron completely unprovoked, per usual.

Hate is a strong thing I guess.

Tell you what, the Dellavadoober is becoming one of my favorite players. I love guys playing hard and getting after it. Him and Tristin are all over the place. ALMOST reminds me of Rodman diving on the floor. ;)

Been a good series. But GS will adjust and wil see if the Cavs can control the game. GS is so dangerous, but if they go all jumpshots.. It ain't gonna work. Never does

Yep. I still think the injuries catch up to them and they run out of gas. But no one can criticize the effort they've put out.

Also, congrats to the Cavs getting their first finals game win in franchise history.

Doober did the same thing to Rose my man.. Same dam thing. Rose is more explosive than Curry. Not as elusive with jukes like a RB, but still.. Curry is a little lighter too, you can shove him around more. Either way, the Dellavadoober has done a helluva job in the playoffs.

I still hate that shot but I don't mind him taking those, he misses most of the time. Plus doing it in rd 2 is way different in the Finals.

He is 0-7 in his last 3 Finals on last shots. That was a crazy stat they put yesterday. I know he is doing a lot for the Cavs but he just isn't good down the stretch. He almost lost that game for the Cavs last night. He went back to that Iso game and it almost cost them another game. They were playing great team ball and I don't know why they stopped. Missed his last 17 of 20 shots last night. Ouch

Wow I didn't even realize that.. Crazy. I kinda laughed when I read that. But still, back to Cleveland.

Della has done a good job defending.

Overall GS still wins in 5. I smell big blow out in Game 3 for GS. GS will get hot and I think this last game was a wake up call.

I agree... there were just some really bad eye-candy blown calls at the end of the 4th and OT in favor of the Warriors that left most viewers with that taste in their mouth.

We're always going to remember blown calls at the end of close games. That's just how it works. If the "eye candy blown calls" had gone against GSW their fans would be on here saying the refs cost them the game. Bottom line, there are always blown calls and there always will be. These guys are too big, fast and athletic and the court is too small for the refs to be able to catch everything.

Instead of crying about refs, perhaps we can just be impressed with what the Cavs have done in these first 2 games? It's been pretty freakin' amazing. As bad as I want to hate on them, I just can't. GSW should consider themselves lucky that they aren't going to Cleveland down 0-2.

Cavs got screwed a couple of times late. However, GSW was called for 31 fouls to Cleveland's 24. GSW shot 25 free throws, the Cavs shot 40.

Yes, I know GSW used Hack-a-Tristan a couple of times, but not enough to make that much of a difference.

That is true, but Cleveland was also driving a lot more than GS, especially Lebron. It is what it is.

3 travels/walks by Moz, 2 fouls on Thompson early in the game against LBJ and didn't even touch him, then Livingston put back. Those are a couple right off the top of my head.

I haven't seen Lebron consistently own games late in the 4th Q either, but I do recall a game winner against us in game 4?

He needs to determine whether he can get a GOOD shot late in a game or pass off to a Paxson, Kerr type player for an open jumpshot like MJ did.

I think Bron likes the hero brand, but I think he may have learn a lesson from game 1 on that off balance 3 he took to try to win. There's no reason he shouldn't go to the hole and he did last night with the left hand and missed. Good no call by the refs btw
