Will Ted Wells get disbarred for his misconduct?

I'm not suggesting he should be disbarred; however he can be disbarred for reasons that don't involve being in a court.

Sure. If he committed some sort of crime he can be disbarred.

Representing the interests of his client isn't exactly a disbarrable offense.

Maybe we should start a thread titled "Will Robert Kraft be voted out by the other owners for his organization continuing to show a pattern of cheating?" I mean we just had an owner in the NBA kicked out because he is a racist. Why can't Kraft then be kicked out for putting together an organization that tries to cheat the very system that it is supposed to protect?

As for Ted Wells I can about guarantee that what we have in the Ted Wells Report is not all of what was actually handed over to the NFL. A lot of times what is made public is just the overview not the actual little details that are the true meat and potatoes of the report. So yes good chance that he does have direct evidence of Tom Brady cheating beyond just what was reported. Why don't they put it in there? Well my guess is the NFL knows if it was the public would be ready to have Brady kicked out of the league and well we all know Brady is a huge money maker for the league so it makes sense to protect him some.

Actually was listening to a Boston sports radio guy the other day and he actually agreed with everything that has happened to the Patriots and was a bit surprised it wasn't worse such as BB getting suspended considering the past cheating and that the Saints had their coach suspended even after it was found he had no involvement in the BountyGate other than just letting it happen while he was in charge.

He must have been part of the protesters that chained themselves to the NFL league office when that radio guy was on. Either that or Rock is one of those people that only cares to listen to people that agree with him. That usually is a sign of somebody who is not very confident in themselves so they have to surround themselves with yes men to feel like they are superior.

Sheesh people really have trouble picking up on sarcasm. This is a Post about Ted Wells being disbarred when in all honesty he wasn't acting as a lawyer per say in this case. He was doing an investigation. This is not something that could get him disbarred so this whole thing is just ridiculous and is reaching ridiculous levels just like my post about Robert Kraft being kicked out of the league. Both sound just about as equally crazy. I understand that if we threw every owner out of the league for the different things their organizations have done wrong well we wouldn't have any owners left. Come on TxHeat I expect better from you. Stop being so sensitive.
