How long have you been a Habs fan?
Since I was born. Grew up in Boston. Dad was from Canada the Maine so he brainwashed me at a young age. Quite possibly the best thing he may have ever done for me.

I just got back from Maine last week. My grandfather was a Habs fan so I owed them until the devils joined the league. Living in NY and hating the rangers the devils were a perfect fit. But I'll always have a soft spot for the Habs. 93 was a magical season Leclair was clutch in OT

Well we finally agree on something. I'll even go back to the 70s and 80s with the likes of Ken Dryden, Guy Lafluer, Larry Robinson... Way too many to list here.

Growing up a giie I watched a lot of Dryden. Patrick Roy was my idol until Marty. Larry Robinson was a big part if the devils and our cups as was Lemaire

Get so defensive every time they benefit from sketchy behaviors? Throughout their success there has been a trend of systems and rules they benefit from. It started with the tuck rule that snuck them into their first Super Bowl. From there they had spy gate. Yesterday they played a formations utilizing eligible receiver substitutions to gain an edge over the bit more defense. Whether it is within the red or not Harbaugh has a legitimate gripe. I've always thought football should be played in the field and games should not be won by coaches behind closed doors. This is why I'll always question the recent success of Brady and the Pats. And never understand why they get so upset when called out by fans and other teams :noidea:

Because people whine that they're cheating? Deception has always been part of the game, creating formations that your opponents aren't prepared for etc.

When the Dolphins first unveiled the Wildcat it was against the Patriots and the team/coaching staff was completely unprepared and the team got crushed.

Instead of whining, they were just better prepared next time.

The "facts" that the Patriots didn't break a rule against the Ravens? i get your dislike for the Patriots, I completely understand it but to keep on harping on something that wasn't against the rules is stretching it..
I may be a bit of a goof off but my facts were straight that was evident yesterday when the deflate gate results were released as i said they would be. I am however pleased the league didn't cover it up and spoke the truth. They have determined Brady is a cheater however i still expect a slap on the wrist for the pats

Why do you have the raiders up now on your avatar and talk only Patriots or hockey?
This is my normal team set up these are my favorite teams. I only had the habs and wild up for the NHL playoffs but they're about done now. Do you think certain cheating is worse than others or cheating is cheating regardless :L

I don't know why people are so upset with the P*triots, I think they are great for the NFL. Their shenanigans have been responsible for getting more loopholes in the rule book closed than any other team in league history.

But the Pats fans say Pete Carroll invented cheating he's probably the one who deflated the balls too so Carroll gets the credit :dhd:

Nope we were completely wrong about the pats. We're just stupid And blinded by hate. Pats fans are never wrong...I think some of these guys need to give their head a shake.

Some Pats fans are actually stepping up and taking responsibility which is admirable. Others however :L
