The more I am intrigued by the Skins possibly saying Fk it and drafting Kevin White? All the edge rushers have holes in their game and dropping White into that offense with Jackson, Garçon, Reed, Morris, and quite possibly a revitalized RG3 is so tempting.

What if, just what if White is the next Larry Fitzgerald? Don't mind me, I'm just thinking out loud.

The next Larry Fitz dont mean too much if the current QBs are all on their ass or running for their lives. I have been saying all along, yes it would be exciting to take a WR or a Pass rusher. But we need atleast two and possibly three starters on the O-line. Boring yes, but its what the team needs going forward.

guess what gonna be multiple tackles there at round 2 and plenty of guards throughout the draft now that we have a competent GM and one of the best O-line coaches I'm pretty sure they can spot O-line talent

I will say it again, if we needed lineman three years from now, sure... Well you already know where Im going with this.

Im seriously hoping Mariota is there at this point. If we are going to go exciting, might as well have fun with it.

I could easily do the same thing you just did for Cooper

Yes, you could. Opinions vary.

I've heard Amari over White from Greg Cosell, Walter Football and PFF as examples.

It's a fun debate because they have both shown uber talent.

What I've seen and read most is that Cooper appears more NFL ready from Day 1 but the ceiling is potentially higher on White.

I'm with you Shark, and I am one of the few who has been with you on this topic, but are we building for next year, which we already know is probably a no playoff year no matter what we do, or is Scot building with 3 or 4 years down the road in mind.

I must admit I am a little ashamed that I am tempted to go WR, when that is our strongest and deepest position. Schreff could very well be the next Russ Grimm. I would have no problem grabbing him at 5 and putting him at G or RT, whichever Callahan deemed best.

But what if White is that Calvin Johnson or Fitz? Do you pass on that to fill a need when you are not a RG or RT away?

Cooper may be more polished as a route runner but lets throw in Ryan Grant as an example not comparing height or speed but Grant is one hell of a route runner and did exactly what for us last year????

Yes Ryan Grant is such a similar route runner to Cooper lol.

A more accurate comparison for route running and footwork? Odell Beckham.
