It doesn't always equal better but it often does.

If you are comparing two equal teams and one has more talent I think you can go ahead and give the nod to the more talented teams.

Its all speculation so it really doesn't matter. tOSU beat more ranked teams and beat them more soundly than TCU did. tOSU also had the better win on the road. All of TCU's ranked wins were at home.

There is really nothing to argue anymore.
