The Doobster is also disappointed with the NFL, won't be sponsoring them this year. I put my money where my beak is...

You're just mad that they still suspend pot smokers!

True true, that's rather hypocritical considering the Super Bowl was between teams from pot friendly states.

Don't beer, football, and domestic violence kind of go together tho?

Fortunately, the Doobster is more of a vodka/rum, hockey, bang my head against the wall type of feller.

It was only a matter of time before major sponsers started to tell the NFL to get their shit straight. They pay the NFL a lot of money to project a certain image, in this case one that has made both of them shit loads of money.
^^^^^....agreed....!,....and I hope all the other major $ponsors fall-in line too and give the owners a good'ol smack in the face......er.....''wallett''.

look at all these "upstanding" companies trying desperately to catch on and be a part of the fight against child abuse. Look for more statements from attention seekers to try and associate their names with this. I hope it all backfires on all of them somehow. Everyone from employers to governors and little ol nobodys can't wait to have their pure voices heard about child abuse.

I"m guessing they have their own homes to clean, but hey, never miss an opportunity to pile on right?

Dude, take a look at the Duke Lacrosse Case (Duke lacrosse case - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). Those kids were tried and convicted in the court of public opinion so fast it was amazing. Then, as the process played out and the FACTS got out, lots of people wound up looking foolish. Unfortunately, several kids, who did nothing more than something stupid, had their lives ruined. The media didn't seem to care so much about that.

If they were really offended they would bounce, but there would a line around the corner for the nest beer sponsor, and the NFl would never look back at them.

I hope there is a clause in their contract and the NFL can terminate it with cause for their little attention seeking outburst and leave them out in the cold. Next beer up.

Do they feel that people only watch football as an excuse to drink their beer?

Everyone knows damn well that if AB pulls their sponsorship people will drink the next beer that's in front of them with no problems.

Budweiser PR pls go

Miller, Busch, Coors, etc are all just as good if not better.

Yes, Bud has been generalized as the true 'murican beer, but Coors has that cool commercial with the shot of the rockies and the deep voiced guy saying "Coors- the Banquet Beer". Now just replace that with "Coors- the Football Beer"

Coors and Miller advertise plenty during games...so, no big deal.
