I don't think that is true. If one team is looking much better than the other then my guess is the other team has to be looking like crap. Now obviously can't read too much into preseason but there are little things you can look for that can help translate to the season. So far the Jags have looked like a different team compared to last year. The blocking is much improved by the OL and defensively they get after people.

idk what to think about CHI in this game, but a team like JAC that's trying to shed a fairly long history of losing...new HC on board, I think these games mean a little more to them. I definitely saw more intensity from the Jags.
