The rest of the mock was Rodgers at QB, Sanders/Cooks/Stills/Steve Smith/Latimer at WR, and JT/Rudolph at TE which was an accident drafting Rudolph not thinking I had JT. I would have got Wayne. Defense and PK don't matter.
I guess Ridley is still the starter. Must have been a BB smokescreen as usual.
Ridley is not necessarily the starter.
The thing is, nobody knows for sure. Vereen is the surest bet to have a meaningful role, but there are no sure bets with Belichek. I would be OK with Vereen as an RB3/FLEX, but nothing more.
Unless you somehow got Manning/Brees/Rodgers, Calvin, Graham, and another top 6 WR then you already lost this league.
Its a mock and it appears that I will be going Receiving early on to secure some points. Might even draft Prater in the 8th if I suck that bad at RB. I have no idea when to take a RB2. Why do so many people overlook Ellington? yet clear number 1s in Rice is getting rejected as well in favor of a mediocre backup(50 and 60 yards weeks 2 and 3 at home against terrible teams last year, TDs saved him) This where I feel I need to pay for Insider to find out something.
Nos, I need your help.
He is going in 4th/5th rounds.

Correct. That does not mean he is a good bet as your RB2 with only 1 other back up who happens to be a rookie.
Like I said, I would gladly take him in the 5th as my RB3. Yes that is right, 5th round, RB3. If you are taking your 3rd RB at the end of the draft, you have almost no chance.
I don't know what to tell you. You are getting some great advice here. Your line of thinking just is not conducive to consistent fantasy football success in competitive leagues. Anybody can have a good year and win with any strategy, but if you want to be in the thick of the race year in and year out, you need to chance your approach.

So, maybe I missed some things.
How many teams in your league? What are the roster requirements? What is the scoring? When is your pick? With the league being such a passing league now you have to address backs early or you'll get stuck playing Vereen as a RB2.

Wait, Sanders? Ace Sanders??????? Dude, whatever you do, don't draft your real team like that!
Yeah, kinda figured after I posted.............long day at work. No, Emmanuel
12 teams
2 RB, 2 WR, 1 Flex(RB/WR)
1 QB and 1 TE
15 spots(1 keeper)
The scoring is the traditional 6 pts for TDs, 2 for turnovers -2 for offensive turnovers. 1 for 25 pass yards, 1 for 10 rush yards. The major difference is there is 3 and 5 points for kicks. 0-49 is 3, 50+ is 5 no negative points for a miss. Defense has 8 points for allowing a shutout, 1-6 is 6, 7-13 is 4, and 14-20 is 2. No negative points for beyond. Also 8 points for allowing less than 100 yards, 6 for allowing less than 200, 4 for under 300, and 2 for under 500. The settings have obviously worked as people have always been interested in joining my league.
I have it set for the 30 minutes prior to draft when draft lineup will be revealed.
I'll pm further to you.
