Here's who I ended up with, RB's were hoarded and hardly any available after my 4th pick which was 10th overall:

QB: Ryan
WR: A Brown
WR: Cobb
WR: Cruz
RB: Vereen
RB: P Thomas
TE: Pitta
W/R: K. Allen
W/R/T: Watkins
Def: Bucs
IDP: L. David
K: Crosby
BN: Foles
BN: Blount
BN: J. Gordon
BN: Ebron
BN: Cleveland Def
BN: Romo (Took late for trade bait, both players targeting taken right before me and RB gone)

As you know your RBs are weak, but what is even worse is that you have no HR hitters on your bench at RB... What u need is Josh Gordon to have a small suspension, so you can trade him for a RB, or keep him and trade someone else... Maybe Romo or Foles can get you devonta freeman, but not likely to get anyone really good...

Keeper league so took chance on Gordon; good news is no team really has 2 solid RB which I am really weak at

I think Ellington (of the guys you had on that list) will have plenty of receptions to go with his plenty of touches running IMO.

Should have taken Ellington.

I would not trade Josh Gordon, because he is about the only guy on your entire team who has first round fantasy pick upside. I would spend this season trying to acquire another young, high level keeper by gambling on young RBs. Quite honestly, your team is unlikely to contend until you are able to assemble a strong keeper core. You start off in a huge hole without any keepers and it is nearly impossible to dig your way out with what are essentially all mid-round options. It was the right decision not to keep anybody given what you had, but again, you just are not going to compete when some of your opponents are starting off with 4 players drafted in the top 20.

Your WRs are pretty good and deep, so I would be looking to deal guys like Cruz, Cobb and even Brown for younger RBs. Maybe Brown and Cobb could net a stud like Gio Bernard?

Ellington wasn't around by the time it came back to me, he was taken 5th overall; I don't put much stock in draft grades but even with the keepers included I ended up with an A which was the highest grade given on Yahoo for our draft. With 1 pt. for receptions it's heavy on WR, Vereen is actually 25th ranked player with scoring system on rotowire and Thomas 58th. Sent a few trades out there so we'll see. Gordon I didn't pick up until the 10th round, hoping he plays this season yet but more for a keeper next season.
