Yep. Bad reviews sting. That another thing, with sights like Yelp there is not à lot of room for businesses (especially restaurants) not to want to provide excellent service at all times.

Because people are suggesting that the solution is to pay servers a flat rate so they don't get stiffed. My point is trying to explain how that isn't a good idea. That is why restaurants don't do it.

I might be the only one suggesting a wage for servers with no tips but how is that a bad idea other than that the servers don't get tips?. Explain why.

I'm gonna answer this one if you dont mind. I believe Tips means to insure prompt service. you pay people hourly and they fuck off. Ever watch that show on food network with cameras? Some people give a rats ass and some dont, Reward the ones that do and are passionate

Any business that wants your money. I'm just saying that servers are subject to any other form of employment that deals with the public.The business suffers when anyone fucks up.
