I don't care about the place in our division, but I would hate to be the 11th worst team. We have the 9th worst right now. 1-10

It does matter. If we finish with one of the 10 worst records then our pick is protected. That means when we sign a pitcher that received a QO then we don't lose our 1st round pick. I find some solace in knowing that. I know it's pathetic, but it won't be when FA approaches.

You may gave a legitimate concern. If when we are healthy, if, and have an offense it may be okay. But with the way things are now his lack of offense is magnified. And not sure if he has a head for the game. Great arm though.

preaching to the choir, he's got to be better. That's why I'm saying go ahead and fire Madagan, these Rooks can't pick up some crappy habits from the last two years. You know, like taking more pitches, and by that I don't mean the 3rd strike.

It's such a killer, because he can do everything else at an elite level...imo
