Manziel is boom or bust. Jake Locker looked decent in the games he played last year, but having seen him play at UW and with the Titans, I don't think he has NFL accuracy.

2016: -$1.5m
2017: $11.5m
2018: $19.5m

It wouldn't be practical for the Cowboys to cut Romo until 2017. The idea of Johnny Manziel going to the Cowboys is absurd, unless they plan on having him play HB.
