you are reaching......you didnt state that before. Rangers are going to lose in 5. Next game we lose 4-1

Stealth, Rangers beat MAF 3 times in the last game only to hit the crossbar or side posts. There were other times when they had a wide open net and missed the net completely. If the Rangers had gotten some lucky bounces they could've won game 3. Rangers outplayed us, but the Pens got the bounces. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.

I agree, Blackhawks, Kings, Bruins, & Canadiens are at another level than the Rangers and Penguins. No matter who wins this series probably loses the next series. At the same time, you gotta take it 1 game at a time or else you'll go nuts.

I am taking it 1 game at a time.....I like watching how front five play in front of their goalies

I'll say one thing stealth, the Rangers right now are looking a lot like they did under Torts. All they do is block shots. It's like they have the attitude, "focus on defense and the offense will come". They can't go back to Tort hockey if they're going to win this series. Pens thrive against Tort hockey.

I agree stealth, the front 5 has looked sort of shaky the past 2 games, I think the schedule got to them. I think a day's rest will do them good. Gives the Rangers a chance to regroup, something they weren't able to do for game 3.

Watch how the tempo goes into gear when quick makes non-routine saves for the Kings, its instant mojo for his front five rushing up ice

The ranegrs stay in their end quite a bit like from the goat days

Lundqvist isn't Quick tho. Lundqvist's reminds me more of Carey Price, rely on technique while Quick relies more on his agility.

Rangers were in our zone quite a bit for game 3 stealth, only thing is they couldn't finish. Rangers clearly outplayed us in game 3, but for 2 plays, the rest of the game was pretty much Rangers vs MAF.

not even that.....its that deer mode he goes into

I'll admit that he got caught in the headlights twice in game 3, but he was solid in game 2.

Game 1 is iffy, had good save % and got the win but like you said he gave up a 2 goal lead.

Hank is void in Montreal and not by a little bit there is a huge significance

True stealth, I don't normally side with you when you say they should start Cam over Hank, but maybe they should start Cam @ Montreal if they meet up with the Habs in the next round. Hank has a horrible history at the Bell Centre.

its not what im saying .....the start transition the Rangers dont go in high gear they will skate back into their own zone alot to start plays......yeah they ended up in the Pitt zone but there isnt anything there.

Watch the kings start point of transition from quick

Point of transition from Quick is usually Drew Doughty, there's no Ranger dman that could move the puck like Drew Doughty.

it aint just doughty, their coach is telling them if you dont get the puck up ice you are going to get up some bench

I agree there, Sutter is a better coach than Vigneault. Kings also have better personnel than the Rangers. Deeper lines, more talent, championship experience, bigger team, etc. It's not a fair comparison IMO.

Only teams comparable to the Kings are the Blackhawks & Bruins right now. With all the parity, those are the 3 dominant teams.

That doesn't mean he won't waive it. I think its something to at least look into be cause you cant win with a goalie alone. And he will be 40 by the time we build an offense.

Can't waive a NMC only a NTC

Dump, didn't we just establish that the Kings are better than the Rangers in every facet? At least that's what i thought we did. How does this all fall on Hank? There's a Broadway culture which interferes with the Rangers ability to put together a proper playoff team. Been that way for decades with the exception of the early 1990s. I don't think you could put the choke label on Hank when the team just isn't built to compete at that level.
