98 pitches, 62 for strikes.
That's a lot of pitches in 5 innings, but I'm glad he got up to 100.
Mine too. Poor guy is just bad.I don't know if the ESPN schedule has it correct, but it doesn't have Saunders starting any more games. That put a smile on my face.
My favorite pitcher to watch is on espn2 right now. I love watching greinke pitch. He's just incredible at executing every single one of his pitches. Just watch. If he has a good day, the glove doesnt move. Pretty simple deal
The biggest thing I like about him is he throws every pitch with conviction.

I'm watching him as well. Two good pitchers going at it.My favorite pitcher to watch is on espn2 right now. I love watching greinke pitch. He's just incredible at executing every single one of his pitches. Just watch. If he has a good day, the glove doesnt move. Pretty simple deal
One of my favorite things about him is he's so smart, even in the moment. For example, did you see that pitch to Pablo Sandoval? The slow, soria-esque curveball that he throws? Well, he threw it inside, and he knew he threw it inside. So when he finished, he quickly shuffled to the left because he knew that if sandoval hit it, he would pull the inside pitch. He does little things like that and it blows me away.
