Incognito's an asshole, but he didn't target Martin. He tried to be his friend.

Honestly nothing that was said was not something I have heard said between friends countless times. If Martin wasn't a bitch he would have laughed and said some shit back.

I really dont know the whole story and dont feel like reading 100 pages or even the cliffnotes, and really do not care what goes on in Miami. Sure me and my friends fuck around but I dont call their mothers or sister whores or threaten them. These are supposed to be professional men. Icognito, Pouncuy and the 3rd guy sound like they crossed the line. Martin shouldnt have gone to the media or walked out. He should have taken it to Philbin, and even better would have been a sit down with all parties involved, to hash it out. Neither guy was right imo, but now Incognito looks like the real bitch when he was tweeting all week long about Martin and his camp and now stopped after the investigation has shed some light. What a pussy he is, thats what bullies are

I kind of agree and kind of dont. True Martin should have punched Incognito in the face, even if he caught a beating. Some adults get bullied or punked in prison or in gangs. My mechanic was telling me that his father-in-law took his lunch break after his boss told him too. When he got back, another guy started busting his balls about where he was. When he told him he took his lunch break because he was told too, the other guy( younger and bigger) told him that he was lucky that he didnt take him outside and beat the fuck out of him. My mechanics father in law said the the coworker that he was lucky that he didnt take him outside and shoot him. The instigator ratted him out and the guy lost his job/ I'd call that rat fuck a bully and both grown men

The other player (player A) is Andrew McDonald. His agent confirmed it was him. He wanted nothing to do with this investigation because he had no issues with the "bullying" he went through in Miami and neither did any other player on the team that most likely went through the same thing. Martin was the only one who had a problem with it and only after the lunch room prank. A prank that he himself took part in, in the past.

Actually there have been charges brought up many of times before on those who have tormented those who commit suicide. 12 states have criminal charges that can be brought up for the very thing that Icognito was doing. 36 states have at least some kind of law in place that civil charges can be brought up against those who torment others. Only 1 state (Montana) has no laws in place for the very things that Icognito was doing.

you don't really know the letter of those laws or what can be proven or not in each individual case. I doubt very strongly its as simple as you want to believe because jails would be overflowing with people crying about others making fun of them. This is painted as extreme by media and how you choose to interpret the report but it wont lead to any arrest of Incognito so these so called laws I doubt anyone really understands.

I understand your concern but these cases of people being convicted at least at this point are only happening in the most extreme of cases like that of a girl who was raped by a group of boys who then spread the video around town causing the girl to be tormented day and night by people in town. They eventually even burned the family's house to ground trying to convince the girl to keep her mouth shut. She eventually committed suicide. To me plenty of charges need to be brought up in this case. I'm sorry but even the strongest in mind would struggle to not crack in a situation like that.
