that doesn't even mean you were born yet , it just means you learned it happened at some point. The answer isn't good enough or specify anything. Be specific and stop beating around the bush.

I'm old enough tor remember stuff happened in 1930, it doesn't mean I'm that old, just a good reader.

Wow, really? :L I said I remember him walking on the moon. You can't have a memory from an event that you didn't actually experience. You don't have a memory from a book. I was alive when he walked on the moon. How can I not be any more clear? You really do just love creating drama don't you? Too funny.

ok, then go show me where I said anything that was a direct attack that prompted you to say I needed to chill out. You do miss points easily don't you? I was showing you your own words compared to what you said I did and asked about the hypocrisy, but we know you just want to deal with your emotions and no facts so you won't back this up either. It's ok, your credibility is already shot so it won't cause any more harm.

:suds:

my emotions ? you are the one siding with thought crime bull and abusing words like harassment. I'm taking the direct approach to law. You are the one trying to get in touch with your feeeeeelllllllliiiings

no, you either have an actual number or it means nothing. You were alive when it happened ? what ,2 days old ? Yes, you can have a memory from a book. You haven't been clear yet, just very evasive and whiny.

How is it 'thought crime' stuff to say he is an asshole that shouldn't be picked up by another team? You make no sense. I didn't say he should be arrested for being a jackass. I just said he has too many negatives for any team to risk taking him. You haven't said a thing that refutes that. NOTHING. The FACTS are:
He is unstable. That is well established. He was kicked off teams for it and it has followed him everywhere.
He is prone to getting in trouble. Haven't seen anything you have to refute that. He does have a long legal history.
He abuses teammates. Not just Martin, but a long history of it. Prove that wrong.
If he is picked up by any other team he will bring a firestorm of negative media coverage that most teams don't want. Prove that wrong.

You can't, and won't address any of the actual FACTS as to why every team should pass him up and leave him to going to the CFL. And then say I'm just being emotional. :laugh3:

I don't owe you anything about what my full age is. Doesn't matter if I was one day old, or 20 when that event happened. I don't tend to give out much personal information online. Since Armstrong walked on the moon around 45 years ago all you know, and all you are going to know, is I'm older than that. If that isn't enough for you too bad. I still stand by my statement that you can't be over 30 or the world is in a lot of trouble.

How old am I? I remember having 3 TV stations when I was growing up and the remote was my parents telling me to get up and go change the channels. We had the same princess phone as everyone else had and our phone number was sunset 9-3224. I remember when my dad thought he was buying the greatest thing when he brought home Pong :-)L) and of course the first Atari. I remember when microwave ovens first came out and no one would buy them locally because of fear it would irradiate their food (man people were stupid back then). I remember the first computer we got which was a Tandy 1000 and the first internet connection we had on a coupled 2400 baud modem.

Too vague for you? Good. :laugh3:

The other player (player A) is Andrew McDonald. His agent confirmed it was him. He wanted nothing to do with this investigation because he had no issues with the "bullying" he went through in Miami and neither did any other player on the team that most likely went through the same thing. Martin was the only one who had a problem with it and only after the lunch room prank. A prank that he himself took part in, in the past.

If he wanted nothing to do with the investigation then why did he willingly participate? Good god you people make no sense. You can't pay attention to anything else but the report. The report tells the story. Nothing else. And the report is largely in Martin's favor. So its over. Now we just wait for punishments. There's really no more arguing to be done, besides mindless debating about Martin vs Incognito.

He did not willingly participate. Which is why his name was not used.

The report is in Martin's favor? It states that a bunch of things happened that everyone already knew happened. Nothing at all was anything resembling a reason for Martin to break, which means he was already broken. This isn't incognito's fault.

The NFL is a collection of elite individuals. There is not and should not be any room, support, or acceptance of weak people.

Thanks. I'll take this as your admission you have nothing more to add to the conversation (as if you actually have already added anything but heated emotions).

And it is still ironic you are back to personally attacking again and calling names, but tell everyone else to not do so to you because you never do this. :laugh3:

You are way too easy to expose.

I think many expected the report to exonerate Richie and expose this as nothing more than a fabrication of a mentally weak individual. What the report actually did was show Incongnito's actions were actually deeper and more disturbing than we knew and laid out how many he had involved with him in his unacceptable behavior. It showed what a cancer he is in a locker room. It shed light on how others around them all knew what he was doing and more or less either turned a blind eye to it or actually helped him with it to avoid being the target of him themselves. Talk about weak people, that's kind of an example of some weak individuals who couldn't stand up to a teammate who was clearly over the top.

He did not have to participate :noidea: So...He did it to himself.

Wells had all the info concerning him when he was approached. He said nothing to wells and asked not to be a part of it. The report came out with a "player A". He knew people would put together who "player A" is and wanted to come out and show his support and make sure those people knew that he was not a part of this. He has nothing but respect for the people already publicly convicted in this.

His agents statement

"Andrew is disappointed that his name has become associated with this story. He’s been a member of another organization since last season and is trying to focus on the future. When Ted Wells approached Andrew at the end of the investigation, Mr. Wells already had all the information contained in the report that he had gotten elsewhere. While Andrew can’t speak for any other players involved in the report, he personally has no problem with the Miami Dolphins organization and has the highest opinion of Coach [Jim] Turner both personally and professionally and feels terrible about the way their relationship has been portrayed in the report."

Apparently even team leadership couldn't keep things under control, which implies that they condoned it, and if that is the case then they must have felt that the "bullying" didn't constitute a workplace hazard (just boys being boys?). Obviously at some point they realized that this thing was going public, at which point they have attempted to say as little as possible to investigators, this thing has fine lines and gray areas all over it.

I did. There was not one thing I would bat an eye over.

Everything that happened goes on in every single locker room in the league, in the NCAA, and in other communication between grown adults all over the country. Martin isn't a man and couldn't handle it.

I said from that start that it all happened and that Martin is a pussy for taking the inside of the locker room to the press. They are not weak for not preventing anything, because there is nothing that needed to be prevented. If a grown man needs someone else to intervene for him, he is not a man in any sense of the word.

so their failure to control it is proof they condoned it? Interesting opinion. I guess I read things a lot differently than you did. I saw several people say they liked Richie, but said he was unstable and prone to going off and crossing the line. I also read where he ******ed a female employee at a team function and had to pay her off to keep himself out of trouble for it. There were other incidents laid out that are not common in locker rooms around the league.

Martin doesn't have the mental strength to play in the NFL. I wouldn't take him if I was part of a team, but Incognito is an unpredictable asshole that is prone to legal problems and attacking his own teammates to the point where he has been thrown off several teams now. Adding him to your team wouldn't be advisable because of it. He should end up in the CFL.

The report > one statement. I refuse to turn my opinion because of one thing said outside the report. The report shows the facts. Now if this continues and other people come out and continue to say that all of this has been fabricated, then we'll have a discussion. Until then, no discussion. The facts are out.

As I said in a different thread on this, both of them were wrong. Martin had other options than basically running off (although as someone who was bullied at school I can see why he did) and telling the press, and Incognito was a douche of the highest order (but everyone knew that anyway). I would be okay with Martin staying with the team, but obviously there will be questions about his mental toughness (maybe this has helped him in that regard?). Richie should be cut, ASAP, and if anyone else signs him then they're an idiot.
