You are maybe the first on who is intelligent enough to have a conversation with and one of a few who don't fly off the handle and get all bent out of shape when someone disputes their analysis, especially when it is BS.

maybe 3 different poster have discounted the Denver Defense and their post season play because thy said San Diego and New England were weak teams.

This same cast of future ESPN analysts, also keep throwing out the idea that Denvers offense is overrated because they "played really weak defenses and use total D as their stat of proof, showing an ignorance of the more important scoring Defense stat because they are either clueless, or choose to ignore it because it doesn't prove their point.

I guess I lumped most of them in because the smarter ones stayed away from the conversation because they wanted no part of that foolishness.

Go read them, I am not making it up, unlike Wiz who likes to fabricate and stretch the truth constantly.
I demand you prove your garbage or STFU. You are all over my ass and why? Because I've said a thing or two you don't agree with? No, because you keep claiming I've said things I have not. Show me where I've posted anything about your offense being a joke. Do so now. Right now. You won't because you can't.

Stretch the truth? You say that only because I made one post about the fans of the two cities. One post, not days worth of garbage like this nonsense you are spewing here.

Back your shit up or stop spewing it. I made the same requests of your girlfriend and she too couldn't back a thing up. Do either of you have any honor? Or is it just ok in your world to accuse people of things and never provide any proof of it?

Just outrageous.

I normally do fly off the handle simply because it is good fun. You're just lucky enough to have caught me in a good mood.

Denver has the NFL's best offense, I don't think there is any disputing that. The fact that Denver has the NFL's best offense and that Seattle has the NFL's best defense is one of the things that makes this game so intriguing, this matchup is the best the NFL has to offer and it should be a great game.

The ESPN analysts have heavily weighed in Denver's favor though. A large majority of them believe that the Broncos are going to win the game.

I guess I lumped most of them in because the smarter ones stayed away from the conversation because they wanted no part of that foolishness.

Go read them, I am not making it up, unlike Wiz who likes to fabricate and stretch the truth constantly.

I haven't seen the thread you are referring to nor do I have the patience to read it, but Wiz is a good poster, take my word for it. He's more level headed than I am and a lot less likely to resort to insults.

His postseason performance is obviously extremely impressive but as I've stated before I just believe you need to be at an elite level for more than 4 years.

And as I said, his career was tragically cut short by injury and that is what has kept him out of the HOF so far.

One could read your statement and think that you are saying he wasn't at an elite level for some portion of his career, but he played at an elite level his entire career, it was just cut short and that is not his choice.

There is no reason to suspect if he stayed healthy, he would have continued to play at an elite level.

And for what it's worth, Gale Sayers only played 4 years and he is in the HOF.

Pot meet kettle.

You are the one who is combative with everyone. I am only responding to your BS with facts proving you wrong.

I was an Army Ranger. I don't back down from anything.

You have posted so much BS it's ludicrous.

Ever notice that you are always calling people assholes and arguing with everyone?

When everyone is an asshole, the asshole is usually you.

What was your screen name on CBS anyway? I was there 7 years and don't recognize you.
What facts are you responding with exactly? I haven't seen one fact responding to ANYTHING I've said. I'll wait right here for some....

What BS have I posted EXACTLY. Or do you want to keep showing how little honor you have?

If you are claiming I'm arguing with everyone, what exactly are you doing here? Doesn't it take two to argue? The only two I've had any issues with at all are you and angel. Because BOTH of you keep putting words in others mouths and keep trying to attack entire fan bases. I haven't attacked your entire base, no that's what YOU do.

I don't care if you recognize me from another site. Even if you had it wouldn't excuse your behavior here. I didn't get involved in the main boards much because they were clusterfucks of nonsense like this. I stayed in the CFB, UW, and Seahawks boards mostly.

Morpheus, you asked me if I knew every person in NY when I said something like everyone is saying there are way more Seahawk fans around town than Broncos. I mean most people would take that to mean everyone I've actually heard/read/seen/spoke with, etc. And you make a thread saying every Seahawk fan has no clue. How do you justify attacking every single member of a fan base without knowing all of them? You can't say everyone who follows this team is anything can you?

Show some honor for once and admit this thread was in poor taste and dial it back a bit.

He was at an elite level for those 4 years, I never said that he was not.

Shaun Alexander's career was also cut short by injuries. In 2006 Shaun Alexander suffered from numerous injuries and was never the same. His YPC dropped from 5.1 in 2005 to 3.6 in 2006 and out of the league by 2008. You could attribute his fall off to the loss of Steve Hutchinson but after his injuries he just lost his quickness and ability to cut effectively, which was what he was good at.

Completely agree and I have said the same. But some of your fanbase including Wizard have said they are overrated because the average rank of TOTAL DEFENSE of Denver's opponents was in the low 20s or something of that nature, but ignore when I pointed out that the more prevalent stat was SCORING DEFENSE and was 14th including the Chiefs twice at #5 and 3 more teams in the top 11 including SD twice, they ignored it. I personally feel you can only play who is on your schedule and Denver dominated most of their opponents including last years SB champs.

The ESPN analysts have heavily weighed in Denver's favor though. A large majority of them believe that the Broncos are going to win the game.

LOL, you missed my quip. I was sarcastically referring to a few posters on here as "Future ESPN analysts and personally think 85% of the actual TV analysts on ESPN and NFLNW are idiots who prove themselves wrong every week. I actually wlil record NFC and AFC playbook and not watch it until after that weeks games just to see Sterling Sharpe, Brian Baldinger and O'Hara makes asses out of themselves. Brian Billich is pretty good though.

I haven't seen the thread you are referring to nor do I have the patience to read it, but Wiz is a good poster, take my word for it. He's more level headed than I am and a lot less likely to resort to insults.

Well I can't make you read it but I am not the only person who he likes to argue with.

Look, if any seattle fans are offended, I do apologize but I am fed up with the level of homerism and vitriol I have experienced from the majority of your fanbase.

I have a temper and will only take so much BS, especially when my initial responses are not insulting and do not attack anyone and then I get attacked and I will not lie down and take it.

Never have, never will, not even from a Bronco fan. Ask any of the former CBS posters.

We will see at the game,it will be very obvious and my brother and cousin about a dozen people i know are there and they went to Times Square etc and they said there was 5-1 roughly of Hawk fans compared to Bronco fans, unless all the Bronco fans are staying in the Hotel rooms.

Yea, I remember. But Alexander never had the same post season success Davis did.

Oh I've never claimed to be a saint. You say you don't back down because of your years of service (thank you for that by the way. Mad respect for all who serve this great nation) well don't expect others to either. When you continue to put words in my mouth just like angel I'll treat you accordingly.

But tell me how it isn't being antagonistic to create a thread to attack someone. You still haven't answered that.

I've said to you several times I hope it's a good game and both teams come out of it without injury. Win or lose this was a great season for both teams and both deserve to be here. I've also said I expect this to be a close game and all of us to see the SB we wanted to in terms of competition.

I've never once claimed this will be a blow out or any such nonsense and wouldn't.

Now it's actually time for me to log off and hit the bed. I have a house full of people coming for this party tomorrow and I'll be working all day to setup for it.

May you find your party or other viewing arraignment to be enjoyable.

I'll be back here either way Monday if you care to kick up sand (if we lose) or simply say good game (if we win). I'd imagine whatever you perceive as a problem between yourself and Seattle fans will probably go away after the game no matter what the outcome is. There is no real rivalry between us and once the game is over there is nothing left to argue about. In fact it will be time to move on to Baseball or whatever else people follow after football is over.

I hope all of you have a great SB day. Doesn't matter if your team is in it or not, it is always a spectacle to behold. Don't get too drunk and make it home safe after your parties.

Here's to a great game by both teams and a fairly won outcome to whoever wins.

Dude your posts beg for a hostile reply. Just how many times have you referred to Seahawks posters as idiots? I'm guessing if I look to your posts towards Pats and Chargers fans I'd see the same insulting manner regarding your posts towards those fans and their teams.

Wizard prides himself as being objective and he only gets combative when posters like yourself try to put words in his mouth or go out their way to be insulting. You've done both. Time to give it up and just wait for the game.

As of right now the reports are there are about 10-1 Hawk fans over Donkie fans in NYC but 3-1 in tickets sold. There are 70 people I semi know that are there but do not have a ticket. Looking for tickets but are involved in the 100 Seahawk rallies that are going on in scummy Jersey City. Supposedly you need a possie to go out at night in Jersey City.

Obviously not from back East but is it as really as scammy as everyone says?

Gale Sayers and Shawn Alexander got their careers cut a little short. Sayers probably would of continued being a beast for a few more years but that guy took such a beating back in those days that it took it's toll. Alexander put up amazing numbers but he's similar to Peterson and Tomlinson in the sense that he was the ENTIRE offense for years for the Seahawks. I think Alexander and Tomlinson both went out a little early because of the beatings they took being the entire offense for the most part. Adrian Peterson is in the same boat now. I'm sure in the next few years he'll continue to put up great numbers but it'll do a number on his body and I think at that point he'll be traded to another team or possibly done.

No but this does:

Oh yeah, and the fact that you called out an entire fan base as clueless because you disagreed with what one poster said. Seems pretty holier than thou to me. You're the one lacking a logical debate, football knowledge and the one who is throwing around insults.

That is why a majority of my posts comparing Terrell Davis and Shaun Alexander have been ignored, correct?

So I come along with statistics, valid arguments countering your opinion and you suddenly decide to leave? Yeah it was definitely an intellectual debate you were seeking.

Good luck to you as well.

Yes, that sums it up, IMO. Morpheus basically considers anyone who has an different opinion about Terrell Davis than he does to be an idiot.
