Why the Redskins should trade Kirk Cousins Part II | Fanspeak Washington Redskins Blog
what do you guys think of this ?
what do you guys think of this ?
he wont resign
Heck no he won't resign. Would you in his shoes? Right now may be the time to trade him. Wait until the off season and his value as well as offers start to decline.
Outside the lines here, but any body else starting to think that this would be a non issue had we simply taken Tannehill at six and not burned the extra three draft picks?? At 3-7 "The Trade" is starting to smell a little.
IM just saying.![]()
Cali.... I think its a bit more simple than that. We gave up in effect enough draft picks for four starters to get him. In light of that there is no middle ground on the trade. If he doesnt bring at least two Lombardi's to DC, the trade was bad. Year two from a guy we traded heavily to get, I did expect a little more.
I think WAS got a good QB...the price was very high, so you had to know there would be some repercussion from it with the lost picks...just my opinion but just because the guy is fast doesn't mean he needs to be running the read option...the NFL has already seen 4.3 @ QB...let the guy develop as a passer...as a runner, I think would take care of itself.
I get you on the SBs but if RG3 is a one contract QB b/c he got beat up...that would make the trade really bad imo.
ATL... the reason why IM starting to think the trade was a mistake is simple cost on return. Even if Tannehill only ever becomes average, the pick didnt set the team back three years. Based on cost to get him, RG3 has got to bring atleast what Eli helped the Giants get (two titles) to make the trade even worth while. And we gave up alot more than NY did for Eli. Right now he is barely out performing Tannehill. And he appears to be regressing in accuracy and decision making. Its just hard to justify the cost of getting him if this level of play continues.
