I have seen more than enough of each to not overweight performances against my team.

Flacco is the most consistent of the three and while Eli and Ben at the top of their game may be slightly better than flacco, the rest of the time they can't compete with him and that is the vast majority of their games.

I don't think you can argue with this list. Top 6 will be HOF.

Looking at it from an overall career standpoint I'd flip Peyton & Brady(I'm not a "rings are everything" guy when it comes to ranking individuals... even QBs). I wouldn't strongly argue against Brady as #1 though. I just think Peyton is better. The only thing that jumps out at me is Eli over Big Ben. Ben has led his team to 2 titles as well and his numbers are clearly better than Eli's. Stafford & Luck haven't really done enough but I can't think of anyone else playing currently I'd put ahead of them. Solid list.

No love for Flacco and his great post season last year huh ? Rave is gonna be pissed. :laugh3:

You don't need rings to make that argument.

Pretty much identical per game stat lines when one had two hall of famers in a done and the other had mostly garbage outside?

I'm not going to get into a Manning vs Brady thing. As I posted I wouldn't argue with Brady as #1. But Manning's doing ok with all of those hall of famers outside in Denver, too.

That said, if I were to make my case for Brady it would be that he played outside most of his career (harsh conditions late season), Peyton had the luxury of a dome. Brady took his team and won 3 Super Bowls with not one offensive pro bowler. Peyton had 2 hofers in Harrison and Wayne, Brady was winning with the likes of David givens, Dion branch Troy brown and David patten. He had moss well after his prime and in their first season broke numerous records. Also doesn't hurt he went to 5 superbowls, undefeated season aside from divine intervention:noidea:..they're both great, I'd give Brady a slight edge.

I would put Manning over Brady and Rodgers over Brees. No way Eli belongs on that list, he is hot garbage. Could also argue that Luck should be higher and given another few years he will be in that top 5 group.

Not sure how you would put Eli over Rodgers but okay....

stupid...posted after ever year...and every year a different qb ends up rated the highest for that year....

this year...Manning will be tough to beat as #1

Brady and Manning are like Montana and Elway while playing together.....oddly Manning had a great RB for him to win the superbowl too. While Brady and Montana won it with different RB's...

stop the maddness.....

How I see it. Off memory, previous searches, reporters reports, etc. (not claiming to be 100% correct)

Romo, can't get the best from his team at the correct time. Has played with PLENTY of talent throughout the years, but continually puts up huge regular season games but has what, ONE playoff Win. He is 33, I believe, and has lead his team to 2-4 playoff appearances, but I'm sure he has only won ONCE.

Rivers, fucking whiny bitch is the 1st thing that comes to mind, he has had a few playoff wins, but most people blame Norv Turner for SD's failures. Gawd, did Norv coach Rivers for how many of those years? Whatever, Rivers is what, 31, and has NOT lead his team anywhere.

Flacco, not a huge fan myself, but my GAWD, the playoffs, has he won a lot of playoff games? I think so. Did he win a SB? Yes he did. Has Flacco been in the playoffs every year he has been starting QB? Let me know, I'm not 100% sure.

Luck, Wilson, DunceKaep, Newton, Stafford, Ryan, let this play out. There are many good players in this list.

Eli, Ben, multiple wins in SB's, but c'mon, they did not ( DID NOT) carry their teams, Eli got lucky and Ben had VERY poor official-ating favor him both times, Ben IS tough, but wow, he got lucky like Eli.

C'mon, is Eli really better than Peyton because of 2-1. NO.. Nooooo.... and NO.

Top 10 Right now, meaning this season.

Take Eli, and Ben off and I would add RW, and Cam...reshuffle the order maybe but the top 10 should be covered.

Career...imo Ben and Eli go back in...Torn between Rivers and Romo, but I would rather Rivers, so Luck and Romo come out from a career to date measurement.

I don't know if top 6 are all HOF. The top 4 are for sure. The next 2 though I would question. If they keep playing like they are this year then I could see them falling out of favor with the voters. Some already question how much they really contributed to their team's winning the Super Bowl anyway. Now I agree they still deserve to be on this list of top 10 quarterbacks career wise at this point in the NFL.

I would say career wise those top 6 would be hard to argue with being in the top 6 although I would change up the order a bit as I would still say Rodgers is the top quarterback in the NFL (projecting a little as I think he will win at least one more Superbowl in his career). If Peyton can get one more Super Bowl under his belt before he retires I would put him ahead of Tom Brady as well but we shall see if that happens.

Now the final 4 on this list I can agree that Rivers deserves to be on this list as he has been a top 5 Quarterback for the majority of his career in the NFL. Only thing holding him back would be playoff success at this point. Romo considering his team's record through most of his career and lack of even making the playoffs I would have a hard time putting him on this list and would probably put Matt Ryan over him at this point. Stafford I am torn on as he has played on some very very bad teams but still had success but then again how much of that success is based on Megatron being the one he is throwing to? Luck I agree he deserves even in his short career to be on this top 10 list with just how much I believe he carries that team to victory. I believe without him they go back to that 2-4 win type team.

Couple of names I would definitely consider putting on the list would be Flacco because of his team's playoff success. I know many of his games were more his team winning despite his contributions but what he did last year in the playoffs was impressive. I think Russell Wilson and Cam Newton both are right on the edge with a little more success can definitely climb up on that list pretty easily. We shall see.
