I have explained this many times but basically it boils down to commitment, off court distractions and team chemistry. I can find mj talent without his huge list of baggage.

So for a 1 game winner take all mj is a must, if i am trying to build a team that will work together well for several years mj is almost an easy pass.

We don't know if they had perfect chemistry or not.
There was not the 24 hour social media and high speed internet access reporting.

Jordan could cheat on his wife, gamble away his money, and bully teammates and nobody would even know. There was little transparency even to the high profile 1990s Bulls teams.

The only access was limited print media guys or fluff journalists who were complete Jordan nutswingers like Ahmad Rashad and Mike Wilbon.

We don't know much about the 1990s Jordan....other than the carefully cultivated Madison Avenue treatment from Nike Inc.

Fortunately, we do know a little more about the post-playing Jordan.

The post-playing Jordan is a petty Douchebag pure and simple.

We are just now finding this out thanks to better media access.

LeBron is a good 2nd fiddle also, lol...neither are worthy of top 5 in a pick up game...I want trash talkers.....Pippen and LeBron would cave to Bird, Bryant, Jordan and even Miller....no question....one on one, 3 on 3 or 5 on 5...their heads would be screwed on backwards half way through the game.

Both have cried too many times, the other 4 didn't care at all how they had it, they just stuck it in your face.

Now structuring a NBA team, that would be different...you need more guys that will just shut up and do their job...

Pippen and Lebron could both make that team since they both generally NOT leaders...

Worthy is the only debatable pick, IMO; Pippen, Dream and Magic are a match made in heaven as far as playing alongside Jordan.

For anyone who has seen Worthy play, it's not really all that debatable. Hard to find a better small forward than Worthy.
