Drew Brees is another one listed as 6' even. I have no idea but there's a long history of height inflation in the NFL.

Well then I'd agree, they have the perfect shape to be flung through the air like a football. They could possibly even latch on to you when you catch them. Makes it more unlikely to have an incompletion.

I'll add Tarkenton. Just found a picture of him standing next to Russell Wilson and Wilson looks to be slightly taller. Fwiw, nobody else named so far is remotely in the same class as Sonny and Fran.

It's been awhile since I've seen Fran at a radio talk show remote maybe 10' away from him. Vick was more recent (at Falcon camp) and I know he's not 6' in stocking feet...well built guy waist up, but if you didn't know him you wouldn't even think he would be a football player much less an NFL QB.

Good find. Eddie LeBaron was only 5'7". That's got to be the shortest QB I've ever heard of.

That's the strange thing about sports, at 5'11" you're short and if you're in your late 30's you're old.

I just meant as a QB. Under 6' would also be short for an OL. I can't even picture that.
