Tarkenton is not 6' tall...more like 5'10", and neither is Mike Vick both of whom I've stood very close to and I'm 6'3".

If they're not eligible, I concur with the Flutie pick.

If they're under 6 feet it's fine. I'm pretty sure Vick isn't 6 foot talk. Tarkenton is before my time but he looked good from what I've seen on film.
