I am just not an idiot. I wouldn't make the bet regardless of who my favorite team is. Betting on a season is a good way to hear god laugh at you. I have no control on injuries or anything else. I have no idea whats going to happen this season. Yeah, I think the 49ers are better so what? Doesn't mean I know a damn thing about how this season will turn out. I will bet on a game, but betting on a season is stupid.

If your hawks are so great prove it. Bet they will win it all and show how confident and tough you are. I never said I guaranteed my team would win the division. I don't know if they will or won't. Its a long season, and a lot can happen between now and then.

The veiled attempt to deflect it by bringing up one or two incidents while not even trying to discredit the claim that there were over 3,000 reported incidents in one season says all we need to hear.
