Yeah I know, but after last season...I can't remember the last time the Chiefs won a game by 26, letalone a road game. Even if it's over a crap team like the jags, I'll take it.

Chip Kelly sucks and so does his gimmick offense. The Chiefs offense sputtered but the defense and special teams are solid. If KC gets that o-line straightened out, look out.

Watch the game after he ran for 6 yards and slide he reinjured his ribs and was not the same the rest of the game

If your gonna bitch be accurate at minimum

I've been a Romo defender but I just can't do it anymore, man. I hope he gets you guys to the playoffs.

God Bless

Nice start to the season for KC. I knew that there was more talent on that team than their record last season suggested. Add to that the addition of Reid as HC and I'm not too surprised that they are 3-0 to start the season.

One player who I am surprised about, however, is DT Dontari Poe. He is really a force in the middle of a defense that already features a number of really good players. I didn't expect that, since I thought when KC drafted him 11th overall in 2012 he was destined to become the next guy who had a great Combine after doing little in college and would then fail in the NFL. Pioli clearly knew better than I did, which isn't too surprising.

The game against the Eagles last night was the first game I've seen KC play this year. In addition to their solid running game and defense, the one thing that struck me was that they never tried to throw the ball down field and the offense was very conservative. Such an approach made sense last night, since the defense staked them a lead that they were never in too much danger of losing. Seems to me that a big question that will determine just how good the Chiefs are this year is whether they are capable of making big passing plays down the field. In order to beat some of the better teams I suspect that they will have to do that.

KC won the West in 2010, went 7-9 in 2011 and 2-14 in 2012.... i think the coaching staff lost the locker room in 2011 and 2012. They are a good team with a lot of talent. Could be a good choice for the team that goes from worst to first this year. Look out AFCW.

Andy Reid is one heck of a football coach. Mad respect for the guy.

I was pissed when we drafted Poe. I thought for sure he'd be a bust. So far I appear to be wrong about him. And as for the Chiefs 3-0 start...all I can say is that coaching makes a real difference. And I completely agree that last night's game should not have been close. That game should've been over by halftime. But it's hard to complain about getting a road win on a short week.

Not a big surprise really. Last year I was predicting 8-10 wins for the Chiefs and they won 2. Their main issue was their terrible QB and awful coaching, both of which were fixed. When was the last time a 2 win team had 6 pro bowlers?

Congrats KC, since my team is in a rebuilding year feel free to win the division. We'll take it back next year.

Can't wait to see that pass rush against a Clady-less Broncos team.

agreed. i was just a bit ticked off that we weren't cashing in on those miscues like we should've, but i'm with you, i'll gladly take the win...

Congrats to the Chiefs so far, but don't get too high. Last year the Cardinals started out 4-0 and in that stretch they beat Seattle, @ New England (in there home opener), Miami and Philly (by 20 points). Coming from experience, proceed with caution. I was sure the Cards were gonna make the playoffs, then poof, QB went down and they finished 1-11 the remainder of the season. I'm not a fan, but I've always liked the Chiefs. Ever since Tecmo Bowl and Christian Okoye. Dude was unstoppable on that game.

Yes, good job so far by the Chiefs. You gave up a lot for Alex Smith but it looks like he is paying off. I wonder if SF is regretting the trade???:ss:
