You don't know that at all.
And also, without a weapon, it's still circumstantial evidence. Obviously all the fingers point to him, but it would be naive to think this case is open and shut. I wouldn't be shocked at all to see him found not guilty of 1st degree.
Yeah, we kinda do know this.
When the story broke last year the NFL network stayed on top of it - and was reporting what the police had on him since they needed a warrant for his arrest.
They reported everything I laid out.
The thread asked what's the hold up on the Hernandez case - and it's because they're taking their time to get their ducks in a row.
What gets me is why Hernandez isn't pushing this. He's entitled to a speedy and fair trial. If he can force the prosecution to go earlier than they want, he might make them throw up a bad case. The longer it takes the more time prosecutors have to make their case air tight.
