I'd have to go back and look to see who else was available. If he ends up being a back up as a 4th round pick then I'm not going to complain too much that we have a 4th round pick who's a back up. I'd be par for the course for a player taken in that round.

I just didn't want him in the 2nd round. And many wanted him there.

Fair enough, but many draft scouting spots had him rated as a 2-3rd round talent. So even if he only turns out to be a backup, cant be too upset. I mean we could have gone the other way and drafted a guy one or two roundes higher than most places had him rated talent wise.

Side note, other than the third rounder which puzzled me a little at first, and the Jamison pick, which again I though was a little over kill.... I was very pleased with our draft.

WOuld have been fine with him in the 3rd, we took the guy I wanted in the 2nd, and we got the guy I wanted in the 4th cause he slid to the 6th.

Amerson, Thomas and Rambo were my hopeful first three picks. Fact that we got all three... Im good. Any one else was gravy. And Reed and Jenkins are growing on me.

Rambo really made the draft for me. Our starting FS in the 6th round is a big, big bonus.
