here is how I do it. If I am on a site that has a picture I want to post here I will right click on it and select "Copy Image Location".

Then come back here and click the "Insert Image" icon at the top (it looks like a yellow box with a mountain in it)

Paste the copied link in there and submit.

Youtube posts

Right-click yer respective video, and select Pop out. Should bring up your video in another screen. At the top of that page, is the info you need. Highlight and copy, only the sequence of digits between the last two = signs.

On SportsHoopla in yer post screen, go to advanced post and click the little youtube icon at the top. Post yer copied digits between the youtube icons that pop up.
