Normally the assault (on your digestive system) comes after you eat a Taco Bell burrito. I guess that is okay though because you are just hurting yourself. Of course I could see where a spouse in the vicinity would want to claim assault once the methane starts combusting.

I once threw a hamburger at an employee of a fast food place called Hardee's. I was 16, so young and stupid. He screwed my hamburger order up three times....loaded it with condiments. As I walked out, I went into the Pistol formation and tried to run it like Kaepernick. The burger hit him mid chest. All I saw was lettuce flying as I hit the exit, proclaiming 'nice plain hamburger asshole'. In hindsight, he probably didn't even make it...just took my money...maybe keyed it in wrong. Stupid kids, myself included.

How did you want your burger? Don't condiments make it "not plain"?

Or do you mean he didn't add lettuce, onion, tomatoes, etc.?

Carls Jr. and Hardees are the same thing. They call it Hardees on the East.

I don't understand who Erik Brown was though.

Was he a customer in line, who grabbed a burrito (or already had one on his plate) and used it?

Was he a worker?

My take was that he was a bystander turned vigilante. Respect your elders son. Who the hell are you? I'm taco man.

I grew up picky, Midwestern meat and potato upbringing. There is no funny business by tainting the meat with spreads and goo. Gimme it plain damnit. I have since come to appreciate a single piece of cheese on it, but THAT'S it.

Then Hardee's has changed. Hardee's when it was here was like a KFC. (Not talking about ownership.)

They obviously have cheeseburgers, as the commercial shows, but it seemed the fried chicken was being highlighted by Malone. It does seem to fit him more than a cheeseburger.

It's also emphasized here:

Here are some more Malone Commercials:

Sackataters might appreciate this one a bit more:

This doesn't have him in it. I didn't watch it once I realized it was without him in it (unless I skipped over his part).

Where was Malone for the duet? It's obvious that's what was missing.

A harmonizing duet.

This is what the workers at your Hardees did.

I guess the Hardees I was referring to was part of a franchise, while the one in SLC was a local place.

Or maybe not, maybe they just stopped serving fried chicken:

The 1990s

For a short time in the early 1990s, Hardee's outlets sold the popular fried chicken recipe acquired from the Roy Rogers fast food chain. Hardee's locations in southeastern Virginia, eastern North Carolina, and Millvale, Pennsylvania just outside of Pittsburgh still serve chicken today, where sales remain strong, as well as the traditional sides such as mashed potatoes & gravy, cole slaw, and biscuits.

Nobody should ever watch a commercial that doesn't have a current or former Jazz player in it.

SteveO123456789 was hospitalized for 6 weeks in late June of 2009. He said he got mysteriously ill, and didn't know why.

When he came back and started posting, he told us that he'd been hospitalized the past 6 weeks.

jayswag then responded, "That will teach you to eat at Taco Bell for 3 days straight."

It also sucks that he's wearing a generic blue jersey. The Jazz brand should be represented, not obscured.

Cmon Diet Pepsi, pay for the NBA licensing.

These commercials had real NBA jerseys:

Well, it does say "Point Guard - Utah Jazz".

I give them 70% credit for mentioning the team. Ok, it's not as bad as I made it sound, anymore.

Is Malone wearing a purple sweatshirt that says "Hardees" on it? Or does it say something else? I can't tell.

If it says "Hardees", then I give them a pass, at least they're promoting their own brand.

Otherwise, Malone should be wearing something that says "Utah Jazz" in purple.
