More delays by the NCAA doesn't help us. But, considering the unknowns, I'm OK with what Golden has got so far. New OC Foley from FSU will help us in SoFL.

Urban Meyer will still grab the top recruits in Florida. I think Florida State is really the big fish at this point. UF is still getting good recruits, but not like they were when Meyer was running the show.

I agree with you, Bama definitely needs him less. I just think the effect of Saban on a recruits and his parents, and the atmosphere he's built around here, we are lucky to have him.

I also think recruits look at our team play, and you see guys like Landon Collins, TJ Yeldon, Geno Smith, and Amari Cooper getting tons of playing time, and all were true freshman this year. So I think from our point of view, we look at it like "I don't see how this recruit will get playing time at Bama"..but from the recruits point of view, he's probably like "If I'm good enough, I'll play "
