Or Cincy has every right to be a powerhouse, considering they have great, new facilities and are located right in the middle of one of the best football cities in America.
It always amazes me that people think Butch Jones did a good job at Cincy. That school has so many advantages over the rest of the Big East. They should really be 11-1 or 12-0 every year with their current schedules (and they were headed that direction under Kelly).
They are a sleeping giant in a way that Texas Tech isn't.
