Wow, if he does then we already know why he left to go to Arkansas. Like I said. Very telling about Wisconsin or what is going on. Alvarez probably had him in his office every friday going over the game plan so he could approve or some shit like that.

Two consecutive years of transition, fighting with your own former HC over staff, and setting the clock back in regards to the notion that "Wisconsin has moved forward since the Alvarez era." AND a huge ass distraction for a team that has the heart to pitch an upset in the Rose Bowl.

Haha, Ben.

Worgull was down the hall from me freshman and sophomore year. He was a little bit of an ass to me, but in his defense I was probably pretty fucking obnoxious to be around, so I can't really blame him. I was never a big party-goer (I don't drink and I wasn't too social till well after school), and he was, but we had mutual friends and ran into each other a lot. He also ran the floor March Madness bracket one year. Pretty sure he's a better guy than I give him credit for, and sports reporting seems like a perfect fit for him. Hope he's doing well.

It all makes sense to me now. Why Wisconsin continued to bring in free agent QBs. Alvarez was calling the shots on certian things and now he has the team brainwashed thinking that his 3-0 Rose Bowl record somehow gurantees they won't lose. God help the program if you win! What coach is going to want to come in and coach under 4-0 Barry? Alvarez should probably step aside after this season.

Remember in the WIsky/Nebraska game in the B1G title game. FOX even did a question deal with Barry before the game and they reported on it. Asked if he wanted to coach again and they said all he could do was smile.

I heard the reason he went to Arkansas based on sports sources was higher pay and the fact that Wisconsin was not paying his staff enough to keep them around. Arkansas promised to pay for a supportive staff.

Great hire for Arkansas. They have a good AD unlike Tennessee who is likely going to get a botch hire again. Charlie Strong maybe our best option left. I don't see him winning the SEC anytime soon but at least he is an upgrade over Dooley. Ugh.
