so you dont think his beating has anything to do with his level of play this year?

I blame their head coach and his band aid solution to his QB problem.

I know it did. But he also didn't get many carries, and the line was pretty bad. I saw him break like 4 or 5 tackles on one play for 2 yards. Shouldn't even have got that.

His struggles are about 95% the fault of the fact that our O-Line is inexplicably awful.

Seriously. How did your o-line get so awful all of a sudden?

I don't know, but I have this sinking feeling that the new OL coach decided to break down their mechanics to put his personal mark on them...and I can't help but wonder if he broke their brains.

The Wisconsin Ahtletics youtube channel puts out these series every year called "The Camp" and our center was talking about how there were "bumps in the road," but "we're getting along great now," and "he's teaching us some things that we can use on top of what we already know..."

That might be part of it, but the other part is that the right side is just really, really slow. Traditionally our big guys have been pretty fast, and if they weren't (like JO), they at least could get a good jump. Havenstein and Matthias simply lack speed.

I don't have a reason for Wagner's struggles, though. He got beat a few times today. All I can think of is some issue with Markuson. He had a great track record at Ole Miss, but i'm not sure forcing All-American level guys to change their style was a good idea.

Its seems the only reason to post is to Shit on whoever struggled or lost. I Coached a game in the morning listened to the USC game and then went to the UCLA game and I though this was a Great day of football. But it seems some would rather point and laugh then talk football.

You get these people who say NOTING before a game, and then come on and act as if They Knew All Along and point to anyone who was wrong as the Village Idiot. Its is getting bothersome. The provide NOTHING for the pre game and then ruin the post game, then disappear for a week.

At least you guys had the Balls to play Oregon State at their place, most school dont have the Balls and never will to do that.
