That clearly went WAY over your head. Scotsman asked for an example of a lefty getting to start at DH against a lefty and I provided David Ortiz. That backs up MY point, not yours. Wow. My point is that a better hitter, regardless of what side of the plate he hits from, should start over a righty who isn't very good. That is what David Ortiz is an example of. That is also an example of what David Murphy is.
Go take a look at which hitter has the better average against lefties, Murphy or Snyder. Go ahead. I'll wait.
