I have always found the aTm trademark on the phrase kind of selfish and dumb.

And really, Aggie fans include both males and females. Thus, to claim they are "the 12th man" is blatantly sexist, and any trademarking of that vile, oppressive and openly prejudiced sentiment should be outlawed.
