You’re saying that the lottery is secure. I’m saying that the NBA’s process isn’t transparent. I’m saying that a league that has the NBA’s track record shouldn’t be granted the benefit of the doubt with a process that lacks transparency. But his plan does not necessarily involve the Luka deal. He is claiming all it takes is one guy in a top position independent of anyone else making the decision to rig the lottery for the Mavs.....and only other person in on it is the trusty substance/lottery ball expert.

See, the league got Dallas to trade Luka to the Lakers and promised them Flagg in return. But then, they got the Lakers to not include AR in the trade so that in about 3-4 years, they can trade Flagg to the Lakers for AR.
