Will it be like Kobe requesting a trade and the team makes moves to win immediately or will the trade him away and start rebuilding?

Who can offer the most and still have a solid team to win with and who will he say its okay to go to?

Crazy if the Lakers pair him with Luka, but they have nothing to trade away.

Houston or San Antonio makes the most sense.

Brooklyn can offer a lot of draft capital but Giannis will want to contend on his new team so they aren't that realistic IMO.

The problem is, they don't have enough draft capital or tradeable assets to really do much to improve what he has around him. Especially with Dame out for the year.

With their picks and roster depth and young talent, OKC could put together a really nice package, but I doubt they'd be very interested given what they've been doing with this group. Utah could put together a good package. San Antonio and Houston probably could as well.

The Lakers can put together a solid trade package with AR, Rui, another player, a 1st and a pick swap, but that ain't solid enough to get Giannis.
