I signed up for Victory Plus a few weeks ago and was wondering how you get the 2 complimentary tickets.

Keith Law has just released an article entitled, "The 25 MLB rookies most likely to have an impact in 2025 regular season."

He has Kumar Rocker as #2.

#15 is former Ranger prospect Luisangel Acuna.

Coming in at #20 is one of my favorite non-Rangers prospects, Chase DeLauter.

Sounds like they want him to be the injury fill in almost anywhere

Ok but do you sub him in for Wyatt or Carter or Adolis. Maybe against RHP but wonder how many extra ABs this generates

Considering he hits LHers better than Carter and somewhat better than Garcia last year I don't see why not...

I think he is going to take turns subbing in everywhere except catcher, as guys get days off. Then when Seager or Jung go down to injury, or just about anyone else, he fills in for them almost every day.

A guy like Smith is super valuable. The biggest benefit, IMO, is being able to give Seager and Jung some extra rest while still having a plus-bat/plus-defender in their place.

Yeah we haven't had a guy anywhere close to him, for that kind of role, since Catalanotto, and Cat wasn't as versatile as Smith is.

Jared Sandler really likes Pillar and/or Haggerty's chances of making the team.

They both hit lefties. I would imagine Taveras getting traded would open up a spot for one of them. If they trade Leody and send Duran to AAA, I guess both of those guys could make the team.

Not having Duran would really keep you short on middle infielder backups though.
