We're not saying Tua was the best pick or choice but he's on our team so why not cheer for him? He does offer the best chance for success as you can see with what Bridgewater or Thompson have to offer. Now would I like to see them give Tua some competition or have a better backup? Absolutely but I'm not going to wish failure upon my team in the process. They don't have a great chance of beating Buf in Buf but Tua offers the best along with Armstead they need them both back.

Yes I'd be shocked if Bridge or Thompson could go to Buf and win. You have to score at least 30 on them.

Well I was right as the Fins lost. If Tua played they would have beaten Buf I'm 100% confident in that. Now if you were a Fins hater then you would wish for them to lose....I think you need to make a choice as a fan what is most important? Fins win or lose?

What's your thoughts about the Pats heading towards a losing season? I have watched the Saints some this year. It's not a good matchup for the Pats for a bounce back game. Like Dallas, they are a quality team coming off a bad loss. I think the Pats will get the Saints A game.

Normally, I'd say this would be a sure win for the Patriots.
Our injury report is serious on both sides of the ball and next man up isn't performing.
This could be a very tough season for the Pats. Our stars are probaly out for the year and Mac is damaged material.
I'm expecting a great draft pick next year.....

I think that the Pats are in for a long year. Belichick is in for a long remainder of his career. He won't be catching up with Shula's win record any time soon. He would probably take him 3 seasons at this rate. He would have been better off retiring before a rebuild. Mediocrity is the worst. The Fins know all about that. I am glad the Fins are a winning organization now.

Yea, he only pops up when Tua fumbles, throws INT or Fins lose so he can blame the lose on Tua and no one else

I am rooting for the Pats to beat Buffalo, however, the game reminds me too much of a movie title. Mission Impossible.
I was in NE in the years before Brady, I remember the 5-11 year. They lost a lot of close games. The next year they went 11-5. If Pats fans think that the team can just tank and flip a switch the following year and start winning, it doesn't work like that. The Pats game vs the Bills on Sunday will reveal a lot about the morale of the team.

Say what you want about the Fins but the year before the Tua draft they showed a lot of fight. The players and coaches never gave up. Then when more talent came, they were ready to start winning.

I am not a fan of Mac Jones. Believe me. That said, the regression that he has had in his career is unusual. I think it says a lot about the decisions made by BB that affect Jones.

Do they need to try to tank?
Lots of significant injuries yes but backups are not playing well.

Now the Patriots are starting to heal up and the mess that was the OL in week 2 is niw starting to protect Mac. Mac has responded by throwing for 272 yards and 2 TDs against the Bills. I don't think that the Dolphins will have the same easy game they had the first time. The next question for Fins fans is "How Banged up are Hill and Waddle?" If they aren't 100% and Mostert wasn't practicing, that 9.5 point spread looks pretty huge for bettors. Not having all of his weapons fully healthy can only be an advantage for the Patriots.

This game will be a hell of a lot more competitive than the media may be thinking.
