Benetti is a fantastic announcer. Love when he calls college ftball and basketball gms but I found him unbearable during sox gms. The A whole Stone and him bad jokes/cringy banter wasn’t for me

If he would bring some return - I'd pay some of his salary in a trade. I think Getz was dissing him when he suggested he could play Moncada at 2nd and even 1st base (which also disses Vaughn).

There's a lot a can't tell you about the NBA in season tournament, but I've seen enough to hope MLB does something similar.

Seems like mostly castoffs from the Braves, even tho there is some pedigree there, including a one time all star and two former 1st round picks. So even if just one pans out it will have been worth it. Bummer is a shell of his former self, altho perhaps the Braves pitching staff can coax some former glory out of him.
