Olave on 4th down.

But it's always Carr's fault. Even when it isn't.

That's kinda how it works with QB's.

Look at Russell Wilson and how quickly folks turned on him last year. He's better this year, but the team is still losing, so he's still catching some flak. Just not as bad as last year.

A QB has to pretty much hit that rarefied air of Brady, Manning, Montana, Brees, etc. to get that benefit of the doubt.

Its just never derek carr fault. There were a few drops and a bad route/miscommunication last night but Carr been bad all season and last night was no different. I used to criticize him quite a bit when he was with the raiders but watching him for full games is absolute torture. He is simply not a good qb

There isn't a single person who watched carr this year and would say he's been good. The Saints offense with the same mediocre OC looked more competent last season with Dalton as QB

I haven't really seen Carr play this year. I'm just pointing out how it is for QB's.

A QB might have a 12-24 outing which obviously isn't good. But the stats don't differentiate between a pass that's incomplete because the WR dropped it, he threw it away to avoid a sack or it was an off-target pass. All they show is a bad completion percentage.

Carr led them back last night, TE dropped a td that would have given them a chance to win.

I wasn't coming at you but yeah saints probably had 3 drops and 1 miscommunication/quit on a route meanwhile carr had plenty of poor throws/misreads

I hope he does well the rest of the season but man what he showed saints so far been bad and validate everything i said about him the last few years

You too? Lol

I will admit 2 of the last 3 drives looked like a national football team offense which is a baby step in the right direction

They were down, 24-9, and they rallied to tie it. Then the defense gave up a TD.....

But, down the stretch when Carr is leading them to another score.....Moreau and Olave cannot come up with a catch when the ball is thrown perfectly.

Are the Seahawks a good knockout pool pick this week? They got Arizona
