And Ishbia's just another typical billionaire who thinks he can do whatever he wants at all times. Jokic was trying to get the ball and the owner didn't exactly hand it over. The owners actions led to NJ's response.

Ok. Just tell me why in this case precedent shouldn’t be followed. You know and I know that when a player puts hands on a fan that’s an automatic suspension, no questions asked.

Maybe I’m in the dark. Do we have past situations where a player puts hands on a spectator and doesn’t get suspended?

In basketball, probably none.

In other sports….

When streakers run into the field and players leave them heels up on the field, no suspension.

Im not sure why you think the player has to be the bigger person when someone is encroaching on their space.

In the real world, I don’t have to wait for you to assault me to put a bullet between your eyes.

This isn’t the real world though.

So, how about this….If two players are chest to chest, and one pushes the other away, they aren’t suspended or necessarily ejected.

Same difference here because the Owner made contact first.
