The sad part was I missed the game. Had a family function out in the woods with no reception(thanks Verizon). There was another party going on near by and I kept going over and asking them for score updates, lol.

But when I heard his performance I wasn't shocked at all. I think that's how numb we are to how great he really is. Then I was reading the Marcus Thompson article on the Athletic today with Steph's speech to the team after game 6. Absolutely incredible. Here's the biggest takeaway from that story...

Bro, teaching 11 year olds is literally my job. And I am good at it.

But my own 11 year old?

No clue what to do.

Incredibly difficult kid. Thinks he should be able to do what he wants at all times. And when his idea of what he thinks should happen is different from ours?

Forget it.

He tries to get out of consequences by threatening worse and escalating behavior. It doesn’t work. But he tries every time.

Another title and I think we have to consider him on par with Kobe, Duncan and possibly Bird. Probably could make the argument for any order for those. But another title for this team would be an astronomical feat. This team just overall isn't constructed well. If he wins with this group...sheesh.
