3 years of me watching Maxey blow bys and dude can’t get a whistle despite averaging 20 a game in the league. Few can keep him in front of them and dude gets 3.5 foul shots a game. This dude shows up out of nowhere but he wears purple and gold so he gets a superstars whistle. Pure shenanigans.

Try identifying calls that are wrong instead of making a blanket statement. Reaves gets his defender off balance and takes advantage. Any Sixers fan has little ground to stand on criticizing foul calls with Harden and Embiid on the roster.

He’s not wrong. That was pure fuckery. Officials never told their bench they changed the possession during the time out. Knowing they flipped the call during the commercial the officials can’t hand the ball to the Warriors there to throw it in. He’s not going to win the challenge but that doesn’t mean he isn’t in the right.

From my understanding, they never changed the possession call. They called Warriors ball and pointed in that direction, then Mavs timeout and pointed at their bench.

They should've alerted the Mavs to get into position however.

Austin Reaves is a foul merchant. Only a Laker can have a bum go and get to the line 13,14,15,16 times. Meanwhile you have young players all over the league who can’t get a fair whistle. Typical Lakers bull shit. It’s getting late and the league needs to ensure Lakers are included in the playoffs.

(trying to decide if this Lakers hate or something more sinister)

Where the Laker fans at? Nice win.

Solid effort with really only two complaints. Gabriel's fumble inbounds was brutal, and how do you award Booker a shooting foul when he was behind the backboard lol? That's equal to awarding free throws if he was facing the backcourt and shooting backwards over his head...

Mavs are professionals and the call was clear. Refs don't need to double check with them to make sure they understand where things stand. If the refs had changed the call during the timeout and not said anything this would be valid, but where it was the clear call that was made and the Mavs just got on the wrong side of the court? that is not a ref issue.

You were saying?
Did not see game , but from what I’m reading Randle , the big dummy, played a big part in loss, along with bad officiating.

Buckets went off, and I see a photo of him mocking Randle . Good for the game , bring back the rivalry.

Yeah, when they were showing it on ESPN, you could see that the ref pointed towards the Warriors basket indicating Warriors ball, then pointed towards the Mavs bench acknowledging their timeout.

It happened a little quick, but it was pretty clear.

It’s me calling a spade a spade. Dude is getting treatment from officials he hasn’t earned.

Yeah, I think some folks think he shoots from the perimeter all the time. A lot of his calls are from driving into the paint and either using his "herky jerky" style to get guys off balance or he stops suddenly and the defender runs into him as he goes up for the shot.

The Suns actually started to figure it out a little bit last night and blocked a couple of his shots.

He's that guy on the playground that everyone hates to cover because he does everything "wrong". lol

So you’re talking about actions that the NBA called out as “shouldn’t be a foul” from a video that they sent around to officials and franchises 2-3 summers ago. I agree. He’s jumping into people. That video I linked from one of the foul calls last night is straight atrocious. Young players who aren’t established don’t get the whistle he’s getting. Facts.

There were some questionable calls against the Suns, but nothing out of the ordinary, imo. Half of those free throws were attempted by AD and Reaves. AD got several calls in the 2nd half when he started being aggressive because, with Ayton out, the Suns didn't have anyone who could defend him and Reaves has become very good at drawing fouls.
Listen, the refs really are ass sometimes.

….and we should be able to complain about that.

But, the Suns didn’t lose because of a few calls.

Nobody can tell me that the T Mann ejection was justified.

It was straight fuckery.

But, that’s not why the Clippers lost.

They lost because they couldn’t make their free throws and could not stop SGA, even when 4 guys converged on him.

The Lakers beat the Suns.

Just like the Thunder beat the Clippers.

Period.

Ps. Some of those Reaves calls were hilariously, ridiculous.

But, not why the Suns lost.

Both things can be true.

“He’s not overhyped. He’s a superstar.”

Signed,
NBA Officials
Well, at least you didn’t infer it was because he’s white.

Puts you head and shoulders above Perk.

Yes, he got a couple of superstar calls because of color.

Those colors are purp and gold…lol

Shit happens, the Lakers won.
